Chris Christie made Marco Rubio look like a robot who circuits were fried at the ABC Republican debate. Even after Christie called out Rubio for repeating the same talking point about President Obama over and over again, the Rubio bot couldn't depart from his script. By the fifth time, that Rubio had repeated the same talking point, the debate audience turned on him and booed. Rubio's performance was an unmitigated disaster, and Fox News could not hide their sorrow.

Brit Hume sounded like he might cry as he talked about the debate hurt Marco Rubio in New Hampshire and beyond after he had been, "so fluid a coherent." Apparently, coherence is the new gold standard for Republican presidential candidates. Fox News just wants a candidate who can speak in sentences and make sense.
To the surprise of no one, former Meet The Press moderator David Gregory is working for Fox News during the election. Gregory accused Rubio of trying to look like a general election candidate. A.B. Stoddard also sounded glum as she discussed how Rubio knew what attack was coming but fell into Christie's trap. Steve Hayes was almost wailing that beyond his early implosion, Rubio had a really good debate.
There can be no doubt who Fox News is supporting in the Republican primary. Fox will do anything to get rid of Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. The fact that the on-air talent on Fox sounded massively depressed after Rubio fell apart made it clear that Fox is far from neutral in this election.
Fox News desperately wants a sane nominee, and they have convinced themselves that Marco Rubio is the Republican Party's last best hope in their effort to defeat Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders. Republicans are admitting that their party has no hope of winning if they nominate Trump or Cruz.
It is time to take away the shoelaces and belt buckles from the staff at Fox News because these people are clinically depressed over the demise of Marco Rubio.

OAN HD on Verizon FIOS Channel 616. Plenty of attractive conservative women there. Liz Wheeler has a wicked sense of humor and gets in some good zingers. She had the first interview with Trump spokesman Katrina Pierson I saw

Brit Hume now lives in Florida and is semi-retired. He has been spotted and photographed out on a speedboat with the Bush family (probably Jeb’s boat, as Jeb & family live in FL). Brit is family friends with the Bushes. Hardly an impartial commentator in this election primary.
The Soviets were (and the Russians still are) the world geniuses at propaganda. The Nazis were heavy handed pikers. I got to experience it too like you did. In 1980s France, I had liberal German friends and they thought they were so cool with all their left wing political pamphlets. They would tell me what they said, which was mostly “yes, there are two superpowers, but the Russians are the benign ones and the enemies of the world are the Americans.” I listened to some of this crap and even though I was too young to know much, I would tell them, that stuff comes from the Soviet Union! But they would show me the German names of the people who wrote the articles. As if there weren’t Soviet East Germans!
Anyway, after the wall fell, it came out that all of those things were from Russia and all were propaganda, but my friends thought they were too smart to fall for propaganda. Hell, no one is too smart. I used to believe Fox News was fair-ish. And Rush.

No wonder he can’t be objective and do his job properly. Just think, if Trump would win, the media will go back to doing their job and then some.
It's as though GOPe candidates come pre-programmed for apoptosis, to be triggered by any resistance more robust than wet Kleenex.
Maybe the primaries are doing their job by removing all those who would fold in the general in the way Bush 41, Dole, and McCain did.
Stupid premise. Fox news enjoys record ratings. Megyn Kelly just signed a $10,000,00 contract. Everything is fine at Fox... As if they worry about Trumps fanboys getting underwear on bind.
Christie is so smart. He would destroy Hillary in a debate. I know he is a bit liberal, but I would pay to see that debate.

Rubio has already turned in this campaign back to “we have to secure the border first then have a discussion what to do with those already here”.
Translation, the border won’t be secured and nobody’s going home.
Why did Christie go so hard against Rubio anyway?
It wasn’t just the one very effective takedown, he was after him throughout the debate.
Maybe the answer is the most straight forward one, that Christie really didn’t think Rubio belonged in the top group.

Fox News has been very biased in favor of Rubio lately, and GOP establishment in general. They sowed biased reporting, they are reaping disappointing results.
“We report, You decide” is a joke.
Being deathly afraid of Cruz and Trump the GOP elite put its faith in Rubio as Jeb and Kasich and the rest are like old worn tires.
The GOP understands that Cruz and Trump are not the go along get along cause we all be making lots of money types and they can’t control em.
That is why we keep getting crap like Mitt, Dole, McLame etc cause the GOP can get those guys to dance their tunes.
Go Cruz kick some GOP elite ass.
Go Trump, Ruffle all those elite brains, insult them all as needed.
