It's remarkable how absolutely nobody is willing to state the obvious: that Iowa tonight could actually end Clinton's campaign for the White House. One of the unique characteristics of a "high water mark" is that you don't recognize it until AFTER the water has begun to recede.
Consider that Friday's Iowa poll showed Hillary with a 3 pt lead, but still well within the MOE. IOW, it tells us nothing. Polling done since then..likely of questionable value, suggests that Sanders now has a 4 pt lead.
A year ago, Clinton had a 50 pt lead over Sanders....... let's put it this way, the trend ain't her friend...
In most of the smaller Democrat caucuses throughout the state, O'Malley will not get enough support to remain viable. When his supporters (some 3%) are released, it's likely that 90% of them go to Bernie.
So, Bernie wins Iowa easily, and it says here that when the final numbers come down, it's a double digit win for Sanders.
And Hillary then heads for New Hampshire, where she's looking at a 30-40% shellacking next week.
NO way she comes back from that. Iowa could drive a stake through her heart tonight.
After she loses, will the AG indict her, you think?
A stake through the heart is one of the few things that can kill a vampire.
If Iowa shows that Hillary is dead politically then she is gonna go to jail, her literal freedom is hinged on Iowa...
If she does crappy in Iowa there is no way in Arkansas Hell she is gonna do anything but disastrous in New Hampshire

I grew up there and don’t recognize it anymore.
Not fatal, but it would be a serious blow. But it looks like Bernie’s ahead significantly in NH. The two losses together and it’s starting to look real bad for her. But she’ll stick until Super Tuesday and she’ll fight like a proud-cut wildcat.
It ain’t over till the fat lady is wearing an orange jumpsuit.
I suspect if she gets trounced tonight, the indictments will be rapidly forthcoming.
But Clintons always turn up roses - Once she drops out of the race, that allows Trump to choose her as his running mate.
And she is back to one heartbeat away from the White House.
Both Iowa and NH could very well end up being Hillary’s “Waterloo”.
I don’t think Sanders can compete in the South, we’ll see.
I do think if Trump pulls an upset and wins in Iowa it’s lights out for the rest of the GOP field.
Irrelevant. There are 50 states and a convention. She already has convention delegates locked up. For Hillary, this is a money bomb and an exercise for the MSM to hide her from indictment.

I do not believe Trump will even bother to touch Hillary with a 10 foot pole in regards to the VP spot. She is cooked.
as much as I would love to see Hillary trounced tonight, I must point out that Obama operatives cheated their asses off in Iowa in 2008 to help O pull the upset. Remember, Democrat caucus rules are different than GOP rules - leaving the results more susceptible to being gamed. I’m sure Hillary learned something from that episode.

All my liberal friends from high school are Bernie supporters...every single liberal I know is supporting Bernie.
