Education: As serious crimes in schools soar, teachers unions in New York and other cities are pushing back against new softer student conduct codes inspired by the president's national anti-discipline strategy.
New York public schools are dealing with escalating classroom chaos after adopting minority-friendly discipline policies that the Education Department pushed to close so-called "racial disparities" in suspensions and expulsions. Educrats have been threatening school districts with lawsuits and funding cuts wherever if finds disparities.
High-school kids are getting "warning cards" for offenses that normally would result in a criminal summons and suspension, such as drug possession and disorderly conduct.

The fact that the suggestions and pressure of a US President can cause crime to rise in local schools in NY or Minnesota simply shows we have lost the Republic.
In America’s past, the President had no say over education. That was left to States, and really, was believed to be the purview of towns and parents, who created the most educated populace on the face of the Earth at its time.
Now ours has become a fascist-like top-down system, where the Dear Leader controls the funds, the punishments and the bureaucracy to bring political control into even the classroom.

I disagree. He turned North Africa, parts of sub-Sahara Africa, and the middle east among other things into Gold for the radical muzzies.
I would never put a white child in a school that has any sort of substantial black population because if this Obama/Holder rule.
and I have black kids whom I would have never put in such schools because the last thing I would want to have my children learn is that there are special privileges to skin color.
Government schools are toxic to children. Private or homeschooling is the only way to go...ever.
I remember me and some other guys a long time ago joked on homeschooled kids, we thought that if you are homeschooled you were too different to public school, nowadays homeschool does not sound like a bad thing or private school.
