If people like Carson and dump Trump, then we lose. I cannot support Carson because he’s weak and now sounds defensive about all the attention he now is getting. Trump in his speech tonight,said hey if that’s what you people want then I’ll just go back to my businesses. (If Trump would of said any of these odd things,in a book or in a interview that he hit his mother, stabbed a friend etc., he’d be over with already.)Go Trump!

I agree. Donald did not have to do this.

He should have been smart enough to realize that Ben Carson would implode on his own. Even though Ben has been masterful in turning the attacks of the press around on the press and to his advantage, people are learning stuff about him through those attacks that they didn’t know.

I certainly did not know that this almost sleepily benign hero surgeon tried to stab his mother or had a pathological temper. (his own term).

That gives me pause.

But Trump does what he does and maybe he can ride it out.

You don't seem to get it.

Carson isn't my candidate. However, I refused to jump on board with the leftwing media attacks on him, and I'll call out Trump's remark for what it is, as well.

There is such a thing as basic common decency. The phrase "child molester" should never have been used, nor should Trump have attempted to "diagnose" Carson. I think some of the people trying to defend Trump know it, but they're desperate to hold onto him at any cost. Unfortunately.

The man simply can't control his mouth. He doesn't belong anywhere near the Oval Office.

Good point! The trying to hit his mother with a hammer story is quite troubling. Like Obama told all he would fundamentally change this country....we need to ake a candidate at his or her word.

I took the SAT before they took the analogies out, so I understand what Trump meant. In fact, I couldn’t see what all the fuss was about.

Trump has to hire a lot of people. He has to know a lot about human beings and which ones belong in his business empire. It’s not a social service organization, and neither is the presidency.
