An FBI "A-team" is leading the "extremely serious" investigation into Hillary Clinton's server and the focus includes a provision of the law pertaining to "gathering, transmitting or losing defense information," an intelligence source told Fox News. The section of the Espionage Act is known as 18 US Code 793.
A separate source, who also was not authorized to speak on the record, said the FBI will further determine whether Clinton should have known, based on the quality and detail of the material, that emails passing through her server contained classified information regardless of the markings.
Now you might think that sounds bad for Grandmonster Hillary.

"It's common" that people end up using unclassified systems to transmit classified information, said Jeffrey Smith, a former CIA general counsel who’s now a partner at Arnold & Porter, where he often represents defendants suspected of misusing classified information.
Ah, the guy who defends people who mishandle classified information says it's no biggie.

I don't think the secret documents have anything to do with the reasons that the server(s) were deployed or how they were used. The exposure of secret documents (if it occurred) was an accidental byproduct of the REAL purpose of this complicated, dangerous, and illegal operation.
That real purpose was to conceal from "Obama", Jarrett, and Michelle the size and scope of the illegality embedded in the Clinton Foundation/Global Initiative. I'm quite certain that was a straight-up bribery/money laundering/tax evasion scheme, and if the FBI has THOSE documents, all three of the Clintons are in big trouble.

There are just two questions that need to be asked over and over, until she answers them or is arrested.
1) You say that you only used this email account and that you never handled classified materials via that account. Is that true?
2) Then how did you accomplish your job as Secretary of State if you never were privy to classified materials?

If that is what is necessary to keep her from becoming President-then go for it.

And if a little treason was required to get those donations from foreign governments, so what? It’s not like the Justice Department is going to prosecute the Clintons. (spit)
The feds have been investigating her emails for over two years. Nothing has been done. If this is the best we have, we’re doomed.

Yes. Exactly what I expect from the Obama administration. Clinton is no an ally, she is a rival. The Obama administration controls the FBI. They are not an independent entity.

The feds DID give her weeks to get the hard drive on her server erased... that was a bad sign.

Yes. Karl Rove stated he Hillary had brain damage from that which of course was denied. Anything Hillary states is more than questionable.....she stated out corrupt and only fine tuned her tactics over the years.
