Freeper help with a quote by Mexican official

In the last 2-3 days some smart freeper posted a quote by a Mexican official that was something along the lines of "we want not just the second generation Mexican in the US to think of {or love} Mexico first, we also want those of the 6th and 7th generation to think of {love}Mexico first"

I have tried to find it, no success. If you posted it or read it and know where it is, please let me know. I have to prove it was said.

Thanks Doogle, that is a great article, but it is not the one I'm looking for. What I remember reading is that this Mexican official was basically saying that he wanted the people to come to the US and work and still hold allegiance to Mexico above allegiance to the US to the 6th or 7th generation.
