Toilet paper would have made more sense
Just remember: This is merely the primary campaign season, and an early phase of it at that. Any of you thinking of actually voting for this woman, we’re in for four years of this crap if she somehow gets herself elected. I don’t know if I can take it. I don’t know if anyone can.
The slavish devotion to the talking-point denial is really quite something. No matter how much we’ve learned to the contrary, Hillary just sticks to her story. Whatever do you mean? What I did was completely allowed. It was totally up to me what I had to turn over. Would have been the same if I’d used the government server, don’t you know. Why do you keep asking me? No one cares about this!
It would have really been funny if, instead of the lame line about the cloth, she had said toilet paper - not only because of where the server was apparently located, but also because you know perfectly well where she’s pulling her answers from:
Ohhhhhh. huurrrrrr, huurrrrrr, huurrrrrr. What a laugh, Hill.
Ignore it, play dumb long enough and it goes away? There sure is a trail of other issues that she’s ignored that just...went away. So many, we can’t keep track. I guess that’s the point. Just keep ‘em comin.

Hillary’s ham-handed humor was (yet another) big mistake. Her sarcasm, which was evident when listening, is easily lost when reduced to the written word. To some, it might appear that she is actually so clueless about technology that she thought the verb “wipe” had its everyday meaning. Nice try, Hillary, but Joan Rivers is funnier than you are, and she’s dead.
I once had to give a deposition in a lawsuit in which I was the plaintiff. During my prep, I made a flippant, sarcastic remark in answer to one of my attorney’s practice questions. He admonished me severely, reminding me that only the written transcript would find its way into court, not my tone of voice or my raised eyebrow. Point taken.

As Mrs. Clinton walked away, a reporter asked if this is an indication the issue isn’t going to go away for the remainder of her campaign.
