So What Solution Do YOU Have For ISIS?
Freep | 8/18/2015 | Charles O'Connell

"Islam was a criminal enterprise from the beginning", blares a headline. There's only one problem: Most Muslims are terrific people. You're not going to put a dent into ISIS until you understand them and actually do something to stop the worldwide legions of Wingnuts ISIS is so expert at attracting through social media.

This was proven to me. I don't like the idea of their religion, I'm a partisan of Robert R. Reilly's "The Closing of the Muslim Mind: How Intellectual Suicide Created the Modern Islamist Crisis", which dovetails with how Western leftists are becoming deranged.

Then "I met a man, who I did not care for, and then one day, this man paid me a call, we sat and talked about things on our minds, and now this man, he is a friend of mine". (Friend and Lover, Reach Out in the Darkness.)

It's no credit to me, I didn't do it, but when I met this man, he showed himself to be thoroughly moderate and thoroughly Muslim. He's more reasonable than almost anyone I have ever met. He says the first thing in the Koran is than no killer can go to heaven. He said some guy at the Mosque telling some fantastic story is a liar, he gets in trouble there.

Now that I know him, his wonderful children & parents, when I saw pictures of him with his family in Mecca, I could tell that he was plainly overcome with positive emotion. This guy could never hurt anyone.

These people are coming here, our exalted leadership has made sure of that, yes, deliberately to destroy our way of life. Nothing can stop it now.

So, what are we going to do, build a higher tower so we can shoot down on our neighbors? If we don't start listening to them, we're only going to pour gasoline on the fire.

Ideas have consequences. It's so much cheaper to learn what motivates them, so we can start to work against ISIS.

What's your solution, otherwise?

Start by choosing our wars and allies more wisely.

I would send arms to the Kurds and Kurds only, not to “moderate” islamists or any other syrian rebel groups

Yep, the weapons they actually need rather than small arms and blankets.

If listening is only a one way process, lots of luck.

>>e says the first thing in the Koran is than no killer can go to heaven.

They like to point this out, but ask him about abrogation. All that peace and love stuff in the beginnings of the koran get abrogated later by the “kill the infidels”.

No, no thy are not. Millions of them came out to the streets and cheered when the planes hit the Twin Towers. They will not wear a suicide vest they will not join IS, but they will support it in many ways. Islam and Western civilization can not exist together. Islam oppression, fear, and death- Western civilization freedom liberty and life not going to work... You must look at it like WWII and the Germans. The Nazi were evil. Not all Germans were Nazi but all Germans allowed the Nazi to rule supported them in many ways etc. IS are the Nazi’s and muslims are the German people.

Napalm, CBU-100’s, Mark 77’s for two months then bring in the AC_130 Spectre’s, A-10’s and AH-64’s and hunt down until the last one drop’s.

The best solution to ISIS is Napalm Sunday. Anything righteous about them will survive the fiery trial.

The American people are a far better match for Weimar Republic Germans than Muslims. Citizens of a once Christian nation allowed themselves to be ruled by an evil, racist fascist whose government endorsed acts of racist terrorism. The only difference between the German Nazi Party and the American Negro National Socialist Party is the body count.

2nd amendment for any individuals in the middle east.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward." - Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Prosecute any American government officials who were involved in selling, sending, transferring weapons to ISIS.

“Most Muslims are terrific people”

I don’t see those terrific people marching in the streets protesting against these horrific acts by ISIS. When and if I ever see that, I will begin to think there is a chance for a successful outcome to end the ISIS atrocities.

So far the only thing that seems to bring any real stability in the mideast is secular or “muslim in name only” dictators.

People can whine about it but the Mideast isn’t America.

Osama Bin ladins family was salt of the earth good people too. As was the Fort Hood shooter. The neighbors of the 911 terrorists all say they were great guys.

All moslems are terrorists, their religion commands it. All moslems are also liars, their religion commands it.

The only moslem that can ever be trusted is a dead one (coated with pig fat before death just to be sure)

It’s not that these people are inherently evil, its that they adhere to a religion that is inherently evil, and since that religion COMMANDS them to lie, they can never be trusted again.

Your friend is just waiting for an extremist moslem to cut off your head, or for a good opportunity to do it himself. Even satan can appear as an angel of light when he needs to.
