The bill provides guidelines as to proper language. Some of the suggestions are buddy, comrade, crony, compatriot, chum, confidante, friend, mate, colleague, or the ubiquitous guys. I knew it was satire right there. Radical feminists and those with aftermaket recreational plumbing would never stand for "guys".
