Writing for the Huffington Post today, Daniel Cubias suggested that liberals get rid of the term "white privilege" with "white advantage," or another phrase that shows that whites receive societal benefits simply for being white.

Cubias cautions in his piece Let's Get Rid of the Term 'White Privilege' that "white privilege" does indeed exist. However, the phrase itself is not catchy enough.

Liberals were smart to change "global warming" to "climate change." He explains, "consider the worst branding decision of all time: "global warming". As we all know, climate deniers just scoff and say, "Then why was it so cold this winter?" Such idiotic assertions are easier to dismiss with a new and improved term (i.e., "climate change")."

The same should be done to "white privilege," Cubias writes. "We are seeing the same pushback," he writes, "the same dismissal of reality with the phrase "white privilege." Now, for those who are unclear about this concept, white privilege refers to societal privileges that benefit white people beyond what is commonly experienced by non-white people."

Thus, "white privilege" needs to end in favor of something more catchy.

"And that's why we need to drop the whole thing -- not the concept, mind you, which is crucial to our understanding of racial inequalities and American culture itself. We need to rebrand," he details.

"So let's begin the discussion in earnest," Cubias continues. "Let's make it a real goal to replace the needlessly confrontational term "white privilege." I'll get it started. How about "white advantage"? It's still racially loaded, but the idea of "advantage" is much easier to accept than "privilege.""

There is advantage to be realized when your peers don’t mock you for doing well in school and striving to succeed in some legitimate pursuit. The rest of us certainly aren’t against that; we CHEER when people do that. That’s what we did.

No one except your peers within your own culture can take that from you.

Who is a “White Person” anyway? Does it include Jews? I should think so. What about Latinos? many are very successful. What about Chinese and Japanese? Should they be honorary Whites? What about Native Americans? Many are part white? Or even light skinned blacks who got an education and vote GOP? Iranians? Should they be “white”? The Nazis thought so as Arians. What about people from India? Is a white person someone who “made it” the hard way by working for it? I for one am sick of all this Race BS—We are Americans and our enemies will cut off your head with no thought of your race. To gain a few Democrat votes the whole “Whites are Guilty” blame game was started—That got votes but also—The “Knock out Game” riots and murders. It wasn’t worth it.

Face it, we all have advantages or disadvantages different times in life.

If you’re a man, you’ll might get more straight information from a mechanic.

If you’re a woman (especially a young one), you’re much more likely to get help from a stranger if you’re having problems.

If you’re black, you’re much less likely to get beaten up while walking through certain neighborhoods.

If you’re white, it’s much less likely liberals will try to build an abortion clinic in your neighborhood.

Well, in a society where thousands of "whites" abdicate their "privilege" to give skilled jobs to less qualified salamanders just because they're dusky, I'm not sure there remains any argument at all over the fabricated myth of "White Privilege" or "White Advantage."

While such a thing used to exist before America fought an internal war to abolish slavery in out first century of existence as a nation (the only country in History to do this...), the concocted lie of modern-day white "advantage" would fall flat on its face if it weren't for those huge, rubbery salamander lips continually mispronouncing the ridiculous jape just as they've been taught to do by their liberal Plantation Massahs.

Actually I'm a firm believer in White Advantage. It is a much better term than White Privilege.

So what is the source of this White Advantage and how can it be neutralized?

Answer: The source is obvious to me: White people have the good fortune to have lived in a 2000 plus year era governed in general by good and reasonable legal, moral, and scientific laws and rules of conduct. These laws and rules have been handed down through the generation to the point where they seem to be buried in our genes.

So how do you neutralize that advantage if you need to and want to?

Answer: Adopt the laws and rules of conduct followed by those who enjoy the White Advantage. It's not Rocket Science.

The alternative is to continue to listen to the current Dem Masters, White and Black, and refuse to take this obvious course of action.

How about showing some intellectual integrity? What these haters of our heritage are describing in neither privilege nor advantage (a comparative concept, not actually involved in what they are trying to assert). What they are describing is achievement--the multi-generational achievement of mainstream Americans. What they seek is to impose a self-destructive concept, whereby the current generation of mainstream Americans apologize for their multi-generational achievements, and allow those who hate America & Western culture, in general, to deconstruct those multi-generational accomplishments.
