No political nice speak here, and it drives the establishment insane
It started with presidential candidate Donald Trump’s comments on illegal immigration, which drew huge criticism from the Republican establishment and the media. The unfortunate murder of Kate Steinle recently by an illegal in San Francisco quieted some of the criticism, but the debate then shifted to the legality of sanctuary cities to avoid acknowledging that there was some merit to Trump’s comments.
And now Donald Trump has challenged the “war hero” designation of Arizona Senator John McCain just because he was a prisoner of war. Aside from the fact that the media reports did not give the full context of his comments (that’s what they do), the Republican establishment and the media have quickly extended what he said to have insulted all veterans. Unfortunately for them, veteran groups are not buying the lie and have issued statements extolling the past support Mr. Trump has shown publicly and financially toward our veterans and our current military.
Critics of Mr. Trump didn’t bother to point out that Senator McCain referred to Arizona supporters of Trump as “crazies”, when nearly 15,000 attendees showed up for a Trump rally and half of them could not even get into the event. Obviously, supporting a non-establishment candidate is considered crazy. Well, crazy is looking better and better to a whole lot of people.
It's kinda like a car race. The steady guy wins.
What is the insult exactly? Asking people to justify their support of a Leftist?
Calling them Trumpers?
If that is offensive, then maybe I should ban myself for calling those of us who support Cruz, Cruzaders.
Asking questions of a candidate isn’t punching people in the mouth...but, before commenting, look at how those who support Trump treat others who they disagree with.
Anyone who disagrees is called a RINO shill, a Jeb Supporter, etc...it is disingenuous.
I understand this...I have been involved in political campaigns for a long time.
I just want Trump people to admit he is a Leftist and, other than calling out RINO’s, WHY we should support him.
Liking that Trump is going after the GOP elites does not mean someone would vote for him. I wouldn't. But I love what he's doing.
You don't need to be offensive to get your point across. You also don't listen to people. I've seen several that have told you they don't support Trump but like his bulldog attacks on the status quo. I told you that I'm on "Cruz Control" and you asked how much Trump was paying me.

People support what Trump is saying. I certainly do. We’ve been waiting a long time for someone to tell the elitists to “KMA”. Trump is talking about illegals, military and islamic killers. What’s not to love? He can’t sustain it but for now? GO GET EM TIGER!

The Veterans hotline was EXACTLY the move Trump needed to make. Substantive...more than just talk.
