Well, let's see now. America has caved to Iran, all but guaranteeing that the mad mullahs will continue their push to develop a nuclear weapon; while now getting $100 billion, give or take a few rials, to spread around the world supporting terrorist groups. While Obama may think this is a good thing, Israeli PM Netanyahu feels different, and is unlikely to let Iran achieve a nuclear device. Thus, we must consider when, not if, Israel moves to strike against Iran's nuclear sites.

Not a great idea to drop a dud on a live site! A test is required to prove that you really do have a working device, however testing a dud is also embarrassing as it tells the world that you're BS-ing. With all the help their program got and is still getting from Pakistan, North Korea, China, Russia, and god knows who else, I'd be inclined to think they have the real deal.
If Bibbi goes first Israel will become a Pariah forever more. Perhaps his best bet would be to trust in the performance of "Iron Dome" and stand ready with a responding salvo of retaliation. It would take nerves of steel but I think he'd be up to the deed.
