Remember just because something is pulled from the (US) market doesn’t make them unavailable. I graduated HS in ‘82, and had already experimented with many by then. You can still buy Quaaludes from overseas, and southern markets if you wish.

Defendants have very limited 5th Amendment protections in a civil matter.

If the statute of limitations had run/expired on any possible criminal case involving the same instances as the civil mater for which he was being deposed, Def (Cosby) had extremely limited, if any 5th amendment protections for failure to answer Plaintiff’s questions.
