and Don Carlos has retained only digital copies [of the video]
Well, that puts the kibosh to arguing you don't have the video!
And earlier in the story, thousands of rounds, bullet holes in cars - I didn't see an allegation of bullet hole in the building.
The video is of an event that took place in public. Public events don't have "secrets."

Waco Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department...
How did so many feds get to the gunfight long before it started?

The police admit they had weapons capable of fully auto fire. But say they never fired anything except in semi-auto mode.

Maybe that depends on one's defintion of "machine gun," eh?
Waco PD stated that some of its officers were carrying full automatic, suppressed rifles on the scene.

This is a Fed directed SWAT hit screw up.
Wac(k)o police are gullible idiots doing the Fed bidding.

And earlier in the story, thousands of rounds, bullet holes in cars - I didn't see an allegation of bullet hole in the building. Going on memory here -I think that is from either the DC lawsuit or comments their spokesmen made in the aftermath.
Will try to dig it up later.

How did so many feds get to the gunfight long before it started? Irony and sarcasm sometimes do not come across well.

They do if the soft growls of the Leviathan insist that they do. Great, ain't it?

No, bonehead, definition of machine gun. Waco PD said some of its officers had full auto, suppressed rifles on scene. SOme people will call those machine guns, others will say a full automatic suppressed rifle is not necessarily a machine gun.

“One thing about which the Cossacks and the Bandidos can agree is that they want the video released. The police dont want any video released and they say that is because they dont want to interfere with the due process rights of that big stack of names Peterson and Chavez, and Waco Police spokesman W. Patrick Swanton, and Waco Police Chief Brent Stroman and McLennan County District Attorney Abelino Abel Reyna accused of murder on international television everyday for two weeks. “
Money shot!
To: Cboldt
See 14 bonehead, they aren't machine guns. They are however maybe for the first time in the history of reporting, assault rifles.
SOme people will call those machine guns,
SOme people don't know better, should one who does agree with them to make them feel better? Will they be less micro-agressed? Or is it better for them to learn?

“No credibility.”
*****************************************************
Ahh....I don’t know about the article, but the video will have credibility. I wonder why the government officials are resisting release of its contents. When it is ultimately released, will ALL the video for the relevant times be released? Enquiring minds want to know.

You gotta love it when it gets boiled down like that.
