They they must go after Starbucks for selling a cup of coffee that costs them 15 cents for $4 or any place that sells soda pop. The markup is tremendous.

Sell for “whatever the market will bear”
It’s none of the governments business. The government has a 100% markup for doing nothing in most cases...
