Salon.com is happy to see David Letterman go. Not because they think he was unfunny, but because he had too many white people on his show, particularly in its final days.
In an article titled, "The unbearable whiteness of the Letterman farewells: Let this truly be the end of a show-business era," Salon took Letterman to task for inviting white actors and actresses on his final shows, but few minorities.
"You'd never know" that American culture has a large minority presence, Salon author Scott Timberg writes.
Referencing the last few shows before Letterman left the air, Timberg writes, "Some of the heavy hitters so far on the walk down memory lane have included Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts, Bob Dylan, George Clooney, Don Rickles, Ryan Adams, Adam Sandler, Tom Waits, Howard Stern and Bill Clinton."
He then asks, "But what’s missing from this list?" The answer: minorities, specifically African Americans.
"Anyone who’s watched a movie or television show or been to a comedy club knows there been a deep and rich lineage of African-American humor," Timberg notes.

Salon is unbearably queer.
Now, to put it in proper victimology terms,
is that an “underrepresentation” among the law-abiding,
or a “disparate impact” of the law?

The best part about the show was that it was the FINAL one.
Besides the War on Women (which is really what Hillary has waged on those who could cause trouble for her rapist husband) and the War on Terror (but we must not say Muslim) is another one which I will finally name and to which I will give initials - WOWE. Yep, pronounced “wowwy” -— the War on White Europeans.
Our strength is our diversity is a total load of crap. Our strength is Christianity, the Constitution, individual freedom, and individual initiative. Today’s OTWs (other than Whites) do not care about joining our culture and being part of the melting pot. They want to destroy it.
If I want to watch a truly funny show I watch Gilligan’s Island reruns. Talk about white!
With all the hoopla about Letterman leaving I was thinking the same thing. All of them - Hollywood, the comedians, 'anybody who's anybody, the rappers, most TV, the MSM, the 'celebs' - all of them have infected, demeaned and poisoned the culture and have promoted lib politicians. They gave us the Clintons and Obama.
Now, how to Right the Ship of State? Education is the key and hopefully more conservative TV shows, talk radio and parents talking with their kids + people have to start reading again! Especially Free Republic!

Also, there is no chance I would watch that philandering, talent-less, communist.
This article was even too much for many dedicated Salon readers. The comments section was filled with liberal-identified people who suggested Timberg should stick his column where the sun don’t shine. Hopefully many libs are finally getting sick of the constant p.c. garbage by the leftist media.
The left loves to divide people into groups and then set the groups warring with each other.
The last thing the left wants is a country where everyone lives side by side without strife.
If I’m not mistaken, Salon.com is unbearably white, but only to Communist white people who hate all non-Communist white people.

Just a few days before, Salon also published a list of “11 times David Letterman humiliated the right.” So, he’s still part of the club, even if his finale was lily-white.
However, a few writers—including one at the Washington Post—pointed out the 800-pound gorilla at Letterman’s goodbye party: he was one of the biggest failures in the history of TV:

David Letterman became a wealthy man by doing a lousy show that pandered to the Hollywood, entertainment and political elites. He demonstrated (once again) that if you’re protected by those classes, you can have a long and profitable career. By any objective measure, CBS should have dumped Letterman years ago, but he was “one of their own,” figuratively and literally.

I enjoyed his Top 10, Chris Elliot and Stupid Pet Tricks skits until he went Big Politics in 2000, and never watched the POS dirt bag again.

Letterman is unbearably unfunny and uber-liberal. I can’t stand to see him or listen to him. Good riddance, but I doubt his replacement will be much better. I haven’t watched that much late night TV since Johnny Carson retired.
