Video: Moms Demand Someone Tell Them What to Think (Texas Committee Testimony)

This is what astroturf looks like in action.  Imagine what the Senators are thinking.  It goes on for ten minutes, with the "activists" reading from the same script, over and over.   It is quite humorous to watch.  There is a good sum up at the end by Open Carry Texas.

OCT did this video. It is hillarious to watch. I have been at a lot of legislative hearings, and I have never seen a performance like this. You can see the women pausing to look down at the paper and get their words right.

I have no problem with a person reading their remarks to make sure that they do not make a mistake. But I have never seen testimony where exactly the same script is read, over, and over, and over again.

We have heard that some Ferguson protesters were expecting to be paid for their protesting.

When you see a performance such as that in this video you find yourself wondering whether the "Moms Demand Action" people are being paid to recite in front of the Texas legislature. We already know that there are very wealthy anti-gun liberals who don't hesitate to spend their money encouraging the violation of our rights.

I watched that. Was rolling on the floor. These women don’t have a thought in their heads.

That was CJ Grisham. He founded Open Carry Texas after being set upon by an overbearing policeman who attempted to grab his rifle, without warning, while walking with his son on a farm road near the family ranch.

CJ was convicted of “interfering with a police officer”, and is appealing the conviction. It was all video taped.

Open carry has become the biggest social movement in Texas since Civil Rights. There have been over 2,500 open carry marches.

Is it just me or do most of the ‘Moms’ sound like they’re not from Texas?

Probably most of them are teachers or students at Austin. Many could be from out of state.
