i took intermittent screen shots...of a recent video of Obama with no plan in mind whtsoever...just RANDOM images of his goofy expressions..

I then pasted them into one file and chose the order the "frames" would siplay in based on the differences between the various images....Head Up Head down...etc...with no thought as to trying to convey anything but his base INSINCERITY

that is likely why the animation looks so herky jerky artificial..

Everybody knows that when Obama annunciates his words and uses his best Chicago style accent to make a statement, that he is exhibiting the most truthiness. Especially the brown noser media.

I was trying to explain how the image got to be the way it was...by accident...on purpose...

It was experimental and i liked the mechanical sort of herky jerhy-ness tp it, but hadnt actually thought of ole Max yet..until you mentioned him.

I made one animation form two video frames..that looks exactly like Obie...saying ME?

Id post it but my cataloging of this stuff is really not up to snuff...

No fact check needed he is a black man and the rules do not apply to him, this is how they created an atmosphere of racism when they dare question any black person in office
