Why did Obama Compare Crusades to Islamic State at Prayer Breakfast?
Christian Science Monitor ^ | February 5, 2015 | Peter Grier

It’s possible that President Obama knew his remarks at the prayer breakfast would blow some of his opponents' stacks; it’s possible he’s surprised by the controversy. But controversy there is, manufactured or genuine.

At the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, President Obama made a reference to Christianity that infuriated some conservatives.

Speaking in general, Mr. Obama began by condemning zealots who hijack religion “for their own murderous ends.” He cited the recent massacre at a Pakistani school carried out by the Taliban, the assault on Charlie Hebdo headquarters in Paris perpetrated by radical Islamists, and the terrible murders carried out by the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS or ISIS).

He widened his lens a bit, talking about the killings of Muslims and Christians in Nigeria and religious war in the Central African Republic.

First of all, having overwhelmingly demonstrated his utterly subjective, one-sided, chauvinistic, prejudicial, partisan, discriminatory, bigoted, hate-filled deceitful religious and racial intolerant perspective on life by dint of his unremitting proclivity as diabolical, sinister mendacious sociopath, having never experienced even the most infinitesimal modicum of impartiality, altruism or magnanimity ever in his vapid, vacuous sorry state of existence, he has by dint of his accursed persona been usurped of any sort of benefit-of-the-doubt assumption regarding anything everything he gets to say or do.

Why did Obama Compare Crusades to Islamic State at Prayer Breakfast?
The answer is simple and not at all the seeming inexplicable enigma this author makes it out to be. Obama, as the unremitting nihilistic misanthrope he is, has no objective or agenda,no purpose to, in, his life, neither as President, as human being nor as useless, pointless embodiment of a putrid existence except for being relentlessly driven only to destroy, demolish, eradicate, devastate, dismantle, vanquish, ravage, vilify, be the unmitigated facilitator in the utter destruction, annihilation for all that has ever had meaning, value, purpose, now, today, and all throughout history that Western Civilization has been as the very flower of humanity.

The answer is simple. He’s a Muzzie and wants to take some of the heat off his pals who burned the Jordanian pilot alive.

The Crusades was the rescue of Western Civilization from the butchery of Muslims. What we see today has been going on since the inception of the Muslim world system.

I think it’s because he can’t find any examples of Christian brutality that do not predate his paternal ancestry as civilized.

HA! Possible? That was his mission.

And I must say, it worked.

As a Christian, I'm ashamed and embarrassed by the over-the-top reaction of some of my fellow Christians.

I mean, seriesly, the riots, the looting, the beheadings of innocent men, women and children, the burning of the flag and chants of "Death to America!"

C'mon, people! This is not who we are!

I just wonder why the Men Seeking Men media is silent on these riots and store burnings. Who are they protecting? Why are they afraid to call the death and destruction for what it is?

I just hope these histrionics don't lead to some sort of anti-Christian backlash.

Pope ordered the killing of Christians during the crusades:

1572 In France about 20,000 Huguenots were killed on command of pope Pius V.

17th century: Catholics slay Gaspard de Coligny, a Protestant leader. After murdering him, the Catholic mob mutilated his body, “cutting off his head, his hands, and his genitals... and then dumped him into the river [...but] then, deciding that it was not worthy of being food for the fish, they hauled it out again [... and] dragged what was left ... to the gallows of Montfaulcon, ‘to be meat and carrion for maggots and crows’.”

17th century: Catholics sack the city of Magdeburg/Germany: roughly 30,000 Protestants were slain. “In a single church fifty women were found beheaded,” reported poet Friedrich Schiller, “and infants still sucking the breasts of their lifeless mothers.”

17th century 30 years’ war (Catholic vs. Protestant): at least 40% of population decimated, mostly in Germany.

I’m kind of wondering if Darrell Waltrip wasn’t referring to Obama when he said.... ‘When they asked me to do this thing (keynote speech) I knew I wasn’t really up to the task so I’m in good company.’

Well, he had to do something to neutralize the people’s emotions of seeing a caged man burn to death. He certainly couldn’t use Stalin or Marx as examples, no way he was going to Tieneman, Hitler was definitely out of the question as was Castro. The French Revolution would be too sensitive right now considering the Charlie terrorist attack. Boko is way too current and after all, they mostly like Christian women and children. So his only choice was the inquisitions, over 900 years ago. (The bitch needs to be handcuffed and walked out of our house)

OBAMA’S CHRISTIANOPHOBIA

Obama, in another despicable attack to the Christians and to America’s Judeo-Christian foundation that made this nation a beacon of freedom and prosperity, this taqiyya president tried to equate the debauchery that characterized Islam since its foundation to this day, to the crimes committed by Christians 700 years ago.

Obama knows quite well the bloody and horrendous history of Islam. He is well verse in the “holy” Koran and Muhammad teachings. Born and educated as Muslim he never converted to Christianity. Islam condemns Apostasy by death, unless is a false (taqiyya) conversion aimed to further the expansion of the Islam.

According to the Koran :

Quran (8:12) - “I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.” No reasonable person would interpret this to mean a spiritual struggle.

Quran (9:5) - “So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captive and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush.”

According to this verse: save yourself from being cut to pieces by converting to Islam. Extreme violence manifests in the Five Pillars of Islam. Once Muslims gain numbers and more power, they violently kill those unbelievers who refuse to convert.

Obama always tries to shield the atrocities committed in the name of Islam.

As Reverend Graham further said in response to President Barack Obama drawing a parallel between the barbaric acts of the Islamic State today with actions by Christians during the Crusades, which ended 700 years ago, evangelist Franklin Graham said there was a difference between Jesus Christ who “taught peace “ and did “not take life” versus Mohammed, who “was a warrior and killed many innocent people.”

Reverend Graham further said that, “True followers of Christ emulate Christ – true followers of Mohammed emulate Mohammed.”

Maybe he really doesn’t know that the crusades began because the Muslims were doing just what they are doing now, and he is helping them.

Exactly,

Socialism killed more people in the 20th Century than Christianity did in the preceding 19 centuries.

And only Islam has killed more people than socialism.

In fact, islam kills more people each year than did 350 years of the Inquisition. (hat tip TheAstuteBlogger)

There is great evil power in what Obama did at the prayer breakfast. And not unlike that great liar Satan, Obama just played his henchman. You see ...the problem is we have allowed history to be rewritten to fit a progressive agenda. And until we teach the truth...Satan will continue to win with his lies.

Atheists have always used ancient religious wars to smear Christianity and religion in general. Today, Obama and other apologists for Islamic jihad use the Crusades - waged in response to Muslim aggression and conquest - to claim a moral equivalency between Muslim savagery and Christianity. A moral equivalency that never existed.

Although many died over the centuries as a result of overly-ambitious leaders using Christianity as their justification for war and killing, none of that reflects the teaching and commands of Jesus.

The Muslim holy book, the Qu'ran, has Islams founder, Muhammad, teaching violence and the subjugation of those who refuse the message of Islam. Jesus instructed his Apostles to bring the good news of salvation to all but if rejected - as it often was - to shake the dust of that town off their sandals and move on, not draw a sword and begin slaughtering 'infidels'. The difference is stark and had Obama ever opened a bible, which is highly doubtful, he would know this, as most Christians do but Muslims do not.

He reminded me of some dippy little college freshman. Who after taking half a semester of Western Civ at some snooty college, comes home and ruins Thanksgiving dinner.
