understand. I just finished my workout. Nothing fum about it. I am 6’2’ 229. I was 282. It took over a year to come off. I suggest 10 pounds in 10 weeks. You can do it. If you don’t have a gym consider a home workout including stomach crunches. I do 3 sets on 50 reps everyday. It works. Good luck.
