Exposing The First Birther

Posted on by

Birthers are evil people who say that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. The first birther was almost certainly Barack Obama.

From 1991 to 2007, his literary agents promoted him as being born in Kenya. The only plausible place they could have gotten his bio from is from Barack Obama himself. There was no Internet in 1991. When someone wants a bio, they say “write a short paragraph about yourself.” It is implausible that his bio came from anyone else, or that his agents would have wasted time trying to pull together information about some recently graduated college kid’s birthplace and background.

Miriam Goderich of Acton & Dystel says that she didn’t do adequate fact checking, but she never said whose facts it was she was checking.

So why would Obama lie about his birthplace? If you ask that question, progressives call you a birther. (Queue in the usual progressive scumbags.)

He was. Obama said it himself, or at least made the claim on his slapped together brochure of introduction back in the 1980’s. That was one of the few times I believe he spoke near the truth as he knew it to be. The truth will come out long after the spell and his hold on the presidency has been broken for good.

I'm still in shock over how many people actually believe he's a Kenyan!

What makes you believe him? His dark skin? Do you think it wise to believe him even in this instance?

I say he's an Indonesian! Thru and thru!

I don’t know where he was born. But it’s a good bet he told a lot of people he was born in Kenya along the way to advance his own interest and take advantage of programs intended for foreigners.

In fact, I’ll bet his college transcripts and records reflect that he stated he was born in Kenya. It likely helped with his admissions considering his grades sucked.

Barack Obama is the first birther.

He lied about his background in a bio to be circulated by his literary agent back in the 90s, when being a Kenyan-born candidate for Mayor of da Shity of Chicago (his highest aspiration at the time) would have been cool. See snopes. It got 'fixed' when it dawned upon him that the American Sheeple might actually be dumb enough to elect him President, and being an adjunct professor of Con Law, he knew it might be problem!

Absolutely concur.
History will favor those who know Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya.

Obama’s Kenyan citizenship expired on Aug. 4, 1984

There was no Internet in 1991.

He's right about people who KNOW Obama is a Kenyan (it's true), and the left's reaction to them. But provably false statements like this one don't help.

I wondered that too. I thought I was the only one seeing that sepia toned image. Or maybe it’s old fashioned code, aren’t we talking here about a ‘friend of Dorothy’?
That phrase used to have a very specific meaning to Americans.

At one time it was possible to find myriad articles in many publications referring to him as the African-born senator from Illinois.

It doesn’t prove that he was born in Africa, but it proves that it served his interest for people to think he was born in Africa, it made him seem exotic and interesting.

Later, when he ran for president, all that had to be scrubbed. From that moment on, if you believed he was African-born, you were the nut.

Well ... given that the OP on this thread has chosen to name himself after a "Gooch" I suppose you might be on to something.

Dare one say that someone “born in Kenya” wouldn’t face as much racial adversity as someone born in the US with similar skin tone. It’s just my oberservation of people and their behavior towards others in my corner of the world....

Exactly!

From that moment on, if you believed he was African-born, you were the nut.

That's because he actually did lie about being born in Kenya. The facts show that he is a red-diaper baby born in Honolulu to Stanley Ann "Anarchist Annie" Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama, a visitor from Kenya with African nationalist ambitions, who was studying at the U of Hawaii on a student visa.

The nuts you mention, whom we now call "birthers", were those who believe he actually was born in Kenya, and that that magically means his presidency can be deleted from history, 67 senators not being necessary, just gotta find the right judge, LOL!

And just what would a Kenyan born man who was raised by progressives and mentored by communists do if he were to be elected president of the United States?

If only more people would really ponder this question using the ‘Occams razor’ method.
