Rocco Claps? Sounds like a 70’s porn star.
“Hey, Rocco, help Judge Smails find his checkbook.”
“While serving under Democrat governors Blagojevich and Quinn, Claps greatly expanded the Illinois Human Rights Act and human and civil rights laws in Illinois. The expansion included extra-legal protections for citizens categorized as lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender. He also created a bilingual services department within the IDHR to more effectively communicate with all communities in Illinois. Claps is also the first openly-gay agency director in the history of Illinois. Prior to his work at the IDHR, Claps was a Deputy Assessor in the Cook County Assessors Office. He also worked on two Democratic National Conventions, and in the Office of the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under Democrat President Clinton.”
Heh. I wouldn’t put it past him.
This just in, Rauner names democrat Johnny Hepatitis as his Secretary of Education.
Rauner is fully living up to our expectations.
Anybody reading this not from Illinois and not familiar with our political parties, perhaps now you will understand why some of us on this forum were not ecstatic at the “great republican victory” of the Illinois governorship. Same old s***, different day.
(He plans to revolutionize our antiquated public school sex education classes by using the latest internet technology to bring students face-to-face with comprehensive knowledge of human reproduction.)
I think that was the black guy in “Boogie Nights”.
Buck Swope.
Yes I know...I was making a joke.
“Buck’s Super Stereo World”
Well anyway, George Ryan’s 2nd term is off to a great start!

I’m sure Rauner’s prison cell is already being prepared for him.
Well, I’m still not sad that f*ggot Quinn lost.
