The FBI has released its latest statistics on Hate Crimes in America and the numbers will certainly be ignored by the media.
The first statistic that jumps off the page when reviewing the Bureau’s Uniform Crime Report Hate Crime Statistics, 2013 is that claims that America is a hate filled nation are wishful thinking lies. The total number of “hate crimes” reported nationwide in 2013 was, at 5928, not even 6000! For a population of approximately 315 million people this number is low enough to support a claim that Hate Crimes don’t happen in our polyglot nation.
Nevertheless, of course they do happen and we should be constantly working to reduce this number to a flat zero. Given this goal it is important to examine the internal numbers provided by the FBI to determine where our efforts to reduce Hate Crimes should be made.
First we must ask who does not commit Hate Crimes in a large enough number to have a meaningful impact on the overall picture. The report shows that Native Americans Asians and multi-race people commit Hate Crimes at rates that are low enough to be discounted as a factor in determining where these Hate Crimes are coming from.

The 2013 population-adjusted hate crime rates for persons of American Indian or Alaskan Native, Asian, and Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander races would be, respectively, 1.6, 0.2, and 0.46 times the hate crime rate for a white person.
Given the reluctance to attribute “hate” to the motivation of crimes committed by members of housepet minorities it is apparent that the ratio is skewed rather more than is reported here.

Without a certain “demographic” this country would be one of, if not the safest country in the world.
So the real question that needs to be answered is why do we, in a nation with the principles of free speech and thought enshrined in its Constitution even have a category called and prosecuted as “hate crimes?”
Considering that all but the most inescapable black hate crimes are swept under the carpet, it is safe to conclude the actual number of black hate crimes are much higher.
Reflected, in fact, by low crime rates in states like Wyoming, Iowa, Vermont, Utah and the Dakotas where said demographic makes up such a tiny part of the population.

Blacks resent or hate white people. Why can’t whites accept that simple fact instead of claiming such non factors as “poverty,” “oppression,” “Profiling,” and other drivel cause black on white crime. An additional factor causing such crimes is the fact the blacks are slowly starting to realize that many whites are physiologically and psychologically unable to defend themselves.
How many black hate crimes were ignored to keep their statistic down?
How much would crime drop if convicted criminals were kept incarcerated for their full sentence(s)?
There has got to be a savings in keeping them locked up over releasing them back into society. The financial resources consumed must be astronomical in re-arresting, evidence gathering, prosecution, trial, re-incarceration, etc. And, I’m certain that out of a single conviction there is an extremely high likelyhood the perpetrator is responsible for other crimes of which there was not enough evidence, or were dropped as lesser offenses.
I doubt they counted the thousands of rioters across the country who looted and burned down business, all the flash mob robberies and the victims of the knockout game.

That hatred has been intentionally cultivated by the political left.
The rejection of “acting white” is actually a rejection of Western Culture, which the left seeks to destroy.
Hate crime laws were created to criminalize anything a White says or does, or doesn’t say or doesn’t do, and to set free non-Whites who physically assault Whites.
If you ever get a satisfactory answer to that question let me know. I’ve been curious about that too.

On October 28, 2009 President Obama signed the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, attached to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010, which expanded existing United States federal hate crime law to apply to crimes motivated by a victim's actual or perceived gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability, and dropped the prerequisite that the victim be engaging in a federally protected activity.

It turned out Matthew Shepard knew his killers. It had nothing to do with his homosexuality. He had traded drugs for sex from the men in the past. They killed him for drugs.
Thanks for bringing up (even indirectly) the Mathew Shepard murder.
The defense in that case was based on “gay panic”, that Shepard had propositioned one of the murderers spurring him to physical violence in response. The argument was loudly condemned and ultimately dismissed by the jurors.
Flash forward to Rachael Jantels comments about how Trayvon Martin circled back to beat up Zimmerman because he thought Zimmerman was homosexual and stalking him. Sounds a lot like “gay panic”, doesn’t it?
IOW Liberal ideals get caught in a circular firing squad, yet again.
