Has America Finally Begun to Despise BOTH Parties?
Canada Free Press ^ | 12/19/14 | Jim Yardley

Anything that might change the power structure is bound to be fought by both Democrats and Republicans, using any sleazy, underhanded and destructive means that can be concocted

For many years average Americans, regardless of color, gender, national origin, religious affiliation (or lack of any religion), level of formal education or any other cultural identity have despised Democrat politicians more than Republican politicians.

Why would this be so? Largely it can be assumed that Republicans have had a much better track record of hiding their elitism than Democrats have. Professor Gruber recently provided evidence of this elitism by simply stating that those self-same average Americans are “stupid”. Kind of hard not to despise such creatures.

But, in all fairness, we should all recognize that Republican politicians are working hard to reduce the lead that Democrats hold in this arena. They might even gain the upper hand in the competition to become the most despised political party in the nation. At least it appears so.

It has come to the attention of the American people, that they are ALL snakes, and the entire bed of vipers must be dealt with.

Democrats are currently a Marxist party....

the GOPe are enablers, ergo as bad or worse than the DNC. my only hope is those members of the GOP like Cruz and Palin.

Show me all the elitist Republicans holding tenured professorships and all those republican news editors. Where are those trust fund spoiled Republicans? Not in my state. I have never run into one.

They may despise them but it does not mean they will not vote for them.

Just wait until mid-2016 around here when all those same people who currently say they will never vote for RINOs, the Republican Party, etc change their tune & start calling people traitors for not voting for the GOP.

In other words, just like we saw in 2012.

Didn't get beyond the flawed 3d paragraph. The answer to the question in the title: "Not exactly".

The American spirit is that of a compassionate winner and many of us recognize the attacks on that spirit coming from the left.

Most of us hold in contempt those who swear an oath to uphold our Constitution and take our money by way of salary and benefits...and then either do nothing, very little or the exact opposite in response to that oath.

I have come to the conclusion that they’re all whores.

Every one of them has a very long way to go to redeem him/herself, in my estimation.

The republicans are mistaken if they think they've pulled anything over on their constituency this time.

I have a strong suspicion they've really overplayed their hand.

I once served as President of my college chapter of the College Republicans. During my stint, I became frustrated and disillusioned about the control of the party by establishment north eastern Rockefeller republicans. I could not believe how politically unsavy the establishment was by completely ignoring Reagan's two landslide elections.

For the first time in my life, I refused to vote for Senator John Cornyn or my RINO congressman John Carter. I refuse to hold my nose when I vote from now on. I will not vote for establishment big government republicans period. Mississippi was the last straw for me.

Ted Cruz is the only elected official in Texas that represents me in Washington.

This started sometime around 1776; that’s why they created the Constitution.

Term limits - Blame Newt Gingrich and the republicans for not having term limits.

It was the only item in the contract with America that did not pass. Newt cut a back room deal to have a republican vote change to nay - in order for term limits to fail.

Ahhhh politicians, got to hate them all...
