History is a perfect teacher. Yet so many delude themselves into thinking it does not apply to us at this time.
You can pump yourself up with all the false bravado and rah-rah patriotism you can muster, and it will not change the fact of what has been done to us, where we have arrived and what our condition is.
A 'fighting' spirit that thinks it can endure and win by ignoring reality because of Normalcy Bias is a spirit that is already defeated, it just does not know it yet. Just ask the editors of the Munich Post.
If we're going to fight for what is left of our liberty - we are going to have to get our minds out of the past and recognize the ground we are standing on and that our enemy has the heights.
Practicing insanity by thinking we can just vote more Republicans and 'win' in the face of a fundamentally transformed government that is now a tyranny, is the height of willful ignorance.
You cannot fight a tyranny via civil means.
Our Founders, did not lie to themselves about where they stood and what the conditions were that they found themselves in.
They understood and accepted the truth.
The Crown and Parliament was lawless. It was a tyranny that intended to kill them and force the colonies into subjection by force. They decided it had no moral authority over them any longer, and they rebelled.
They did not continue to lie to themselves when the tyranny was self-evident that repeated petitions and prostrating themselves before the throne was going to alleviate their condition.
If the spirit of liberty is going to survive - it better get itself out of subjugated and fundamentally transformed thinking. A spirit of liberty would recognize that this federal government no longer has any moral authority over We the People, even if half of our countrymen prefer to live as slaves.

In one more generation, it can be done. When those of us that know our history and the Constitution are gone, the dumbed down ignorant younger generation will not fight back. Or even know they need to.

You hit the nail on the head. We can’t proclaim our uniqueness based on past glories. Removing God has consequences, and there is no extent to the depths people will descend to under Satan’s influence.
I was contemplating today why there is such a difference between my neighbors in California (self-centered, rude, concerned only about their ‘rights’, noisy, inconsiderate) and my new neighbors in rural Tennessee (they actually are neighborly, kind, caring). My conclusion is that most in Tennessee go to church. They talk about it openly, matter of factly.

The first and only thing that really matters is the spirit of Liberty. When you speak of this spirit as though it were dead, you are its enemy.
“What has been done to us” is ultimately a losing strategy. This can be seen in the fact that no matter how many times it is said that “they’re doing it in plain sight” or “they’re telling us right to our faces,” the tyrants are still afraid of the people and they work under cover of darkness.
Evil is not a strength but a great weakness.

I agree. We would need to be organized. And have a plan to bring in more people, lots of them. With the dumbing down in our schools and the materialistic self-absorption that may not be possible until a catastrophic event occurs that jars people awake occurs, like economic collapse.
That’s why we’re escaping Mexifornia to a rural conservative area. A place that is still rebellious, suspicious of government, has old-fashioned values, and is heavily armed. We’ll be ready, should it start.
