In 2013 there were over 228,000 misdemeanor arrests in NYC. You ain’t calling a boss to all of them. A boss already has to verify every arrest after they happen. They can’t hold your hand during all of them.

And in what percentage of these arrests was a morbily obese large man resisting arrest by merely refusing to comply? Less than .01%? Only one single incident? After NYPD ends up paying a boatload to this man's family I bet they revise their procedures.
