The Truth [Full-blown surrender of the GOP to Barack Obama]
Redstate ^ | Nov. 28, 2014 | Erick Erickson

Posted on 11/28/2014 1:10:09 PM PST by EternalVigilance

I will keep nothing from you. Today, let me share with you the truth.

Republicans will not stop Barack Obama’s executive overreach. In fact, while you were enjoying your Thanksgiving there were a number of stories out that the Republican leadership wants to give its members an opportunity to express their outrage and opposition.

Expression is not action.

They will take no action to stop the President. In fact, a few days ago the House Appropriations Committee tried to convince everyone they do not even have the power to stop the President. Congress’s own research service disagrees.

But Republicans have no intention of stopping Barack Obama. Why would they? The House and Senate Republicans leaders favor precisely the measures he took. They can huff and puff that he overreached, but they know they cannot get a similar measure passed in Congress.

So instead, when Congress returns to Washington after this Thanksgiving break, they will behave like the turkeys we all just carved up for dinner. They’ll do a song and dance, they will express their outrage, then they will fund Barack Obama’s amnesty plan.

They have no intention of stopping him.

But what they seem to clueless to realize is that they will only now further enable him. Because the GOP will not fight him on this issue — an issue they campaigned against during the midterms – there is no way they will stop him on anything else.

Republicans, by surrendering the fight preemptively because they do not want a shutdown, will now be Barack Obama’s enabler for even more massive government overreach by executive order.

Barack Obama is no fool. He knows the GOP will not shut down the government to stop him, so now he will stretch his legs further on environmental regulations and more.

For that, we can thank the spineless Republicans.

That, my friends, is the truth and the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

This is what happens when we elect RINO’s.

Conservatives must never vote for RINO’s, as they always betray us.

Better an enemy in front of us, than a traitor behind us.

The only thing the GOP-e doesn’t like about Obama’s amnesty is that they didn’t get a chance to do it first.

Boehner and McConnell have never projected a sense of confidence or competence for that matter. Not shocked of their capitulation. They always do it because they are compromised individuals and they figure that we conservatives won’t leave the party. That has to change.

Since the Republicans didn’t win 60 seats in the upcoming senate, a threat of an Obama veto is as good as having Reid still in charge.

So they have to have veto proof majorites in the house and senate and have the presidency as well before they can even get out of bed in the morning eh?

Funny, same doesn’t seem to be true for the democrat party at all...

Maybe, the truth of the matter is that the GOP is full of horse sh!t, and is a bunch of statist liberals contrary to what their words seek to have you believe.

And here I thought we had to wait until the GOP Senate majority had to actually be sworn in. Nah the House can just hold a vote and BOOM all taken care of.

And where exactly are you people? If people can take to the streets to defend a thug, then why haven’t any of you with you spines of steel managed to leave your desk chairs?

We elected a bunch of cowards afraid of the rioting power of the Blacks. We are seeing just a taste of what happens if the Blacks don’t get their way right now with the event in Ferguson even though we know they are being stirred up by Leftists, and Islamists, they are a force of disgrace to this Nation.

We have to call the self serving Jackson’s, Sharpton’s, Wright’s, and many others on their immoral seduction of the blacks with the omnipresent race card that finances their lavish lifestyles.

We have to define once and for all that Islam is a theocratic movement at war against everything American, and incarcerate their leaders, and deport their followers. They are not Americans even if they were. They don’t care a whit about our laws, therefore we don’t care a whit about them other than to rid our country of their miserable inhabitance. They’re not qualified to live in America if they don’t desire to be American, and be a part of our society.

First amnesty, then the EPA as gestapo. Every puddle will be policed. Every house with a big roof will be charged a rain tax. Coal regions will be utterly destroyed.

Remove Boner, or suffer the Weimar Republic's fate you will

Frankly, I don’t believe this bunch would do the right thing even if they had 100% of the seats.
