Recently, a very disturbing video emerged that contains the metaphorical smoking gun concerning President Obama’s many lies about Obamacare. This should remove any lingering doubt that we’re dealing with a fascist-type administration.
Of course, there should be no need for a smoking gun, because it is now undeniable that Obama lied on his major selling points about the Affordable Care Act. Unlike many Democrats in falsely accusing President George W. Bush of lying about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, I don’t use the term “lie” lightly.
I don’t mean that Obama made good-faith statements about his bill that he honestly believed at the time but would later turn out to be erroneous.
I am not even suggesting that he made promises he knew would be difficult to fulfill that he ultimately could not. I am saying that he made statements that he knew to be false when he made them.

This tape of Gruber, speaking at a conference at the University of Penna, has most likely already been turned over to the Supreme Court to go along with the other two tapes of Gruber telling an audience that people who purchase insurance on the federal exchange would not receive subsidies from the IRS.
The U of Pa Hospital has pulled the video of Gruber saying that the lack of transparency, combined with the stupidity of the voters was essential to passing the bill, probably because Ezekiel Emanuel, Dr. Death himself, is the head of patient health services at Penn. it all reflects very badly on Penn and the hospital.
One doesn’t simply turn over evidence to a court. It has to be submitted and then either ruled admissible or not. In this case the government lawyers will argue that its hearsay, one mans opinion. Believe me i think it sucks in this case but the use of his words are no slam dunk,

Come on lets get real saying Americans are dumb is like saying Odummer is the greatest president because he got universal healthcare, something no other president was able to achieve. but look at the cost of universal healthcare, and is it truly universal healthcare, because more people will not have insurance because the cost will be too high for them to afford. The goal is a one payer system, by collapsing the current system, you destroy the uS economy and get the socialist utopia.

In this case, the tapes and papers of Gruber stating that people who purchased insurance from the federal exchange would not receive subsidies has been part of this case since last June or July. Gruber has been trying to claim that the one written paper was a typo, which it obviously was not. The Democrats have been trying to downplay Grubers’s role in designing the law, saying that he didn’t have a full understanding of the legislative intent.
This tape shows that the intent was to deceive and lends credence to accusation that the architects of the bill intended to deceive the “stupid voters by telling them that if their state refused to create an exchange, the voters of that state would not receive federal subsidies.
I want to know if Ezekiel Emanuel was in attendance at that meeting at the University of PA, since Dr. death is head of patient services at the hospital..
