I do not understand how an account can be compromised.I can remember a time or two when someone in their household(kids) posted some stupid things,but that was cleared up. And if an account was truly compromised, a quick note to JR could get any comments deleted and a new password generated. I just don’t understand.
I reckon he got zotted and won’t admit it.. but doesn’t like being called a noob.
I predate you, and I don't remember that. Heck, donna busted my chops on my very first post in '98.
There may have been fewer jerks back then, but there were fewer of all of us and the percent of the total was about the same.
That's the internet. Those who are bothered by it shouldn't play.

I highlighted ‘insult’ for a reason.
In the broad sense of insult it can be construed as talking down, talking up, talking in circles, talking out of both sides of mouth, thinking people care.
He ‘complains’ of treatment BUT brings attention upon himself by posting gibberish that people may or may not care about.
I personally would have bypassed this particular thread, but while scanning traffice #3 (in this particular thread) was about an Atomic Wedgie Killing someone - accompanying a very official looking photo etc.
I ‘had’ to check that out then ran across all this self serving jibberish with the person apparently trying to create an aura of mystery.
So I guess I will DROP the ‘highlighting’ of insult and just say he insulted peoples intelligence by inferring they really gave a damn about the issue.
Yes there have always been buttheads on FR. I see some of you are still around.
His comments reminded me of the guy on youtube who owns a recording studio and offers instructional videos. In them he never misses a chance to bash bass players. I think they are hilarious. That’s because, though I am a bass player, I don’t see them referring to me but, rather, referring to the ones his comments apply to. And I’ve seen them myself.
So I saw his statement as sorta calling out people that, if they thought he was talking about them, he probably was and, more importantly, it was not an insult but more of a description of what they do.
Kinda like saying, “and all you sl*ts out there”, only referring to those that actually ARE sl*ts. Non-sl*ts need not be offended, and sl*ts don’t have a right to be offended.
Since you made a thread out of it Mortimer, inquiring minds want to know.

I kind of liken the whole article to WJC camp being upset about the ‘picture on the beach with he and HRC ‘dancing’ in the dunes’.
Of course, no one had any idea or really CARED about the subject until the lackey pointed it out, then it (supposedly) became news and the clintoons got the ‘sympathy’ they were looking for - they have no private time —BUT if they didn’t alert US to the picture, WE never would have known about it.

‘Innocents’ were being declared by Witches by ‘the Powers that Be’ with the sentence being burned at the stake.
Of course, the few that may have survived the stake would then be SERIOUSLY, REALLY Witches because they didn’t burn at the stake.....so, naturally, they would have to be put to death.
