I don't expect Cochran to die in his seat because I expect him to resign before the middle of next year.
The only strategy that would make sense for voting FOR Cochran would be to expect him to resign next year, which gives the people of Mississippi another chance to vote in 2015, because his appointed replacement will have to stand for election within 90 days of the vacancy.
McDaniel can then run again for the seat in 2015 in the special election.

not everyone can vote for a cruz or any other decent level conservative. We need real conservatives to have subpoena power, chairmanships, the ability to push real legislation and stop bad legislation.
McCain is a useless doofus who has a long history of hubris, arrogance, and indifference to Americans. he and his rino ilk should be electorally shook up. This is a war with multiple election battles.

Is anybody running commercials in this race? I know Thud Cockroach is a lock, but living in the Memphis metro area, I wouldn’t know an election is happening if not for Pryor (AR) and Alexander (TN) commercials.
I haven’t heard any Cochran or Childers commercials lately. Don’t know about television (don’t have one), but if every Chris McDaniel supporter held their nose and voted for the Democrat, Cochran COULD be defeated. IF.
