The vast majority of political journalists — and I include some of my conservative colleagues — are missing a very big story.
The Republicans are going to recapture the Senate, picking up more seats than most any forecaster expects. And the House GOP is going to add to its majority. But then comes the big story: The beginning of a new conservative revolution.
The idea that nothing much will change if the GOP captures the whole Congress is just plain wrong. The politics and policies in Washington are about to change in a major way.
Obama may still be president. But he is going to be immediately confronted with a flood of new bills that will change the debate on tax reform, energy, health care, education, international trade and regulations.

Indeed it has. So many opportunities squandered by the spineless party. Now the GOP is playing us so we can vote to keep their fat, useless asses in Washington D.C. with the "we're not the Democrats" tripe. Sadly, too many conservatives fall for it hook, line and sinker with this absurd notion they will hold their feet to the fire. Fatcats are fatcats no matter the (R) or (D) next to their name on the ballot. Gawd! Does anyone get that!
Not a great fan of Larry Kudlow......but I am less of a fan of Freepers...or maybe they are trolls in drag, who bad mouth and refuse to vote in the upcoming “critical” mid-term,election instead of supporting....the change in government and political direction that “destroy American” Obama and his Obamabot Democrat Party low life have and are taking ountry to!!!
Every American citizen/voter, ALL OF THEM, should vote against every single Democrat Party candidate running for election this year!!! Your Country and your Freedom and Liberty are at stake!!!

It might.. but it won’t last long as pants hit the floor and the bulk of the GOPe assumes the position.
Problem is, elections aren’t going to magically fix society.
The Left controls culture, and has simply been shaping the arena to favor them for decades.
Eventually, they’ll pin their enemies to a corner, and the establishment will wonder what happened.

The Democrats have registered thousands of illegal aliens in Colorado. You can register online, print out the ballot, and mail it in. No one checks.
Forget the polls out there. The democrats will win this one.
Illegal aliens in Virginia and Minnesota were the margin of victory for the democrats in 2006 and 2010. The Virginia loss of George Allen is what flipped the Senate power to Harry Reid.
And if the Republicans do take the Senate, their first action will be to pass amnesty, guaranteeing a loss of the Senate and White House in 2016.

They say history has turning points. I will never forget what I saw in my own Tidewater VA community on that election day in 2012. We didn’t have many in the community that still had Obama bumper stickers. When I went to vote as the polls opened I saw something I had never seen in twenty years of voting at that location. A LINE a hundred yards long. I have NEVER had to wait to vote. That line just got longer and longer all day. When you check the VA website for that polling place there were just as many GOP votes as McCain got but there were MORE Rat votes than previously. How was this in a community where there were folks happy to have Rat bumper stickers in 2008 but damn few in 2012? There was a moment when you could actually HEAR history turning and the death of a once great nation. Sure, she was sick before that but after that it was pretty clear death had come for her. That moment was when Rove said, “Wait a moment...”. He heard it, too. You could see it in his face. He knew what that moment meant. Like Heart of Darkness or Apocalypse now, The Horror. Reagan said if Lady Liberty were to slip we would enter a Thousand Years of Darkness. Well, FRiend, it is twilight. Dusk. Get a flashlight. One with Thousand Year batteries.
My Liberty and Freedom is just where it has always been, in MY hands. If you want to trust the GOPenablers with yours, go ahead. I hope that works out for you. I really do.

The dems won’t retake the House, but they will keep the Senate with a 51-49 majority.

I have no choice.....Every day Obama and the Democrat Party destroy more and more of our great country!!! I cannot stand by and do nothing, and, I cannot hope that change will come when all is perfect from my viewpoint!!! I don’t care about me....I’m in over-the-hill-gang category, and,,,,in a few years I’ll just be pushing up flowers....but, until that happens....I ain’t gonna let up one bit to save our nation, not for me, but for my children, grandchildren........and, all American children, yet to come!!!
The Democrat Party needs to be totally destroyed, politically on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, making POTUS Obama, an instant, “Lame Duck” POTUS!!!

Not much optimism on FR - just a bunch of “we’re doomed anyway so it doesn’t matter” diatribes by those who tell us we already lost, but they still whine while espousing surrender.
The same people own the Rats and the GOP. Nothing's going to change.
