What happens when you feed "food experts" McDonalds?

Here's what "food experts" have to say when they taste McDonalds under the pretense that it's organic food. (my favorite is the woman who says it tastes "more pure")

Pretentious BS. I've thought this about so-called "foodies" for a long time now.

It's food. Sure, there's good food and bad food, but we're in a bad place when people try to over-intellectualize it the way the people above and all of these chef reality shows do. We're basically treating food the same way we do abstract art now (half the time fancy restaurants even serve plates that look like it)

If you know the language you can watch the original video here.

Nice! I’m not a scope person, but to each his own!

I’ve learned that the difference between a good restaurant and a great restaurant is that a great restaurant can make food you like out of ingredients you don’t. I learned this when the wife and I went to one of the great ones in town and the wife got a meal with tuna as the main and asparagus as one of the sides, I have a strong dislike for both, but I stole a couple bites from her anyway and they were fantastic, I would have gladly eaten the entire plate. McDs can make good food, but they’ll never get it to the point where even people who don’t like deep fried chicken will enjoy McNuggets.

Hardee’s makes the best premium fast food burger. As good or better than Five Guys or Red Robin for a better price. Five Guys does give you a garbage bag of fresh cut fries though. For healthy folks, Hardee’s Turkey Burger is very good— 97% lean, all white meat for less than $4. Great choice on the road for those not looking for 300 grams of fat.

It’s all about what the consumer wants. That’s why McDonald’s is still in business. If it were for poor franchisees pulling down the brand, there would be no reason to complain. If you don’t like their food, go somewhere else or make your arugula sales at home.

Costs are up so their prices are up. All the money being pumped into the stock market by the Fed is going to the top 5% . No income growth and inflation means less middle class money for McDonald’s and WalMart, both of which are not meeting their sales projections. Unless something drastically changes the world of retail and fast food is going to undergo a radical transformation in the next few years.

Just my opinion.

Big Mac. The roll disintegrated in my hand as I ate. The meat had no taste. The order taker was language challenged and yelled (sounded angry).

Obvious that the client they are targeting is impoverished.

If this is the state of affairs across the US, McDonalds is doomed. They are in a race to the bottom.
