Federal Judge: Eric Holder’s DOJ Likely Defrauded Company of $55 Million, Orders Recusal of Judges
Pundit Press ^ | 10/20/14 | Aurelius

In 2012, Sierra Pacific Industries was ordered to pay $55 million to the United States and transfer 22,500 acres of land to the United States government after the Department of Justice launched a massive lawsuit against the company. The DOJ argued that the company was responsible for a massive fire that destroyed 65,000 acres of land in California.

Since the beginning of the case, however, Sierra Pacific has insisted that the fire started elsewhere and that the Department of Justice was being deceitful in their prosecution.

Now, new evidence showing an outrageous miscarriage of justice has emerged, including the DOJ's interest in gaining large "revenue" from a "deep pocket:" large companies. In other words, the basis of the lawsuit was not justice, but rather making money for the government.

In a stunning turn of events, Judge Morrison C. England Jr. agrees that the appearance impropriety occurred. He has taken a second look at the case and ordered the recusal of every single federal judge in the Eastern District of California.

He wrote in his ruling, "Based upon facts alleged in the Motion and accompanying Declarations and Exhibits, the impartiality of the District and Magistrate Judges in the Eastern District might reasonably be questioned... Accordingly, all District and Magistrate Judges in the Eastern District of California are RECUSED from hearing case number 2:09-cv-02445 and all related matters."

Judge England has referred the case to Ninth Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski.

Throw the whole lot of them in jail except for Obama, Jarrett, Pelosi, and Reid. I can’t say what I want to because I don’t want a flashbang thrown in my door...

A George Bush appointee. Surprising.

Now when is Judge England going to be audited?

The feds huge "bank settlements" are election-year ATMs for the Obama administration. It was $12 billion for JP Morgan, another $7 billion for Citigroup and on and on. It's a real shakedown. In fact, no one even remotely knows how these penalty-payment numbers are calculated. And the federal government's disbursement of these funds is equally mysterious. As the Wall Street Journal editorial page has pointed out, a lot of money has gone to states run by Democratic governors......the $7 billion Citibank settlement contains a section explaining how $2.5 billion goes to "community reinvestment and neighborhood stabilization".......

This book exposes the me-first Holder using the Justice Dept and US agencies to profit themselves and Dummycrats.

The Obo/Holder/Dummy criminal MO: In his new book, "Extortion," author Peter Schweitzer writes about Obozo and Holder, using the Justice Dept and assorted govt agencies to extort Big Money ....threatening jailtime unless the targets fork over billions.

The judge agreed with and signed the order, he didn't compose it.

His justification, at this point, is "seriousness of the charge," coupled with admissible evidence supporting the charge. He recused himself too.

I've read the 100 page memorandum of law, and the US Attorneys involved should be impeached, removed from office, and be disqualified from ever holding an office of trust. They wouldn't be the first US attorneys impeached. Beyond that, there is a question of disbarrment for unethical conduct.

The conduct of Cal-Fire is also incredible. A government-enabled shake down operation.

Are you kidding? Alex Kozinski is one of the good guys. He left communism, and has no tolerance for its reappearance in the US.

It Is Time For The Congress To Re-establish it’s constitutional authority

While the talkies, talk radio show hosts, need to remind “US” of this.. Members of the House and Senate also seem to forget. While those selected to head various federal departments of government are recomended by the incomming POTUS (president of the United States).

Such candidates are constitutionaly required to be approved by the Senate in a procedure known as advise and consent.. Those appointed then are also sworn to uphold, protect, serve, and support the constitution. Not the executive branch. .

These appointees can and should refuse any executive order.Or allow the executive branch create a political appointee (Tzars) who over rides their congressional authority. Particularly. If and when that executive order is designed to ignore existing congressional legislation which defines a departments jurisdiction or specific purpose protecting the interests of the country . Which places the country in danger, or minimizes the value of citizenship, or places its citizens in clear and eminent danger.

Therefore they and their respective departments must be held answerable to both houses of congress which funds these operations. And, should be held in contempt, censure, and impeachment and the funds witheld if refused to comply.
