“It was out of economic desperation that Germany enabled Hitler to threaten the entire World.”

Truly, if Marx were available they’d be grooming him for a run.

Put the wrong quote in.... meant “They’ve been grooming Warren for some time in their nutty forums.”

It goes beyond the forums I'm afraid. I remember when she ran against Scott Brown overhearing parents at a school event talking dizzily about having seen her at some campaign stop. "She's sooooo smart." "She's sooooo compassionate." These were otherwise informed, (over)educated folks. Yes, I live in a deepest blue masshole area.

Makes my daughter's fixation with One Direction look positively mature.

The obvious question is: What would Warren do differently?

Nothing.

To finance a POTUS run, she will have to suck up to Wall Street & Hollywood. That means making all kind of promises to these 2 groups, both of whom are essentially anti-middle class, the later also anti-American.

She is sure to continue the costly, job killing policies of stopping Climate Change.

As another mediocre lawyer, she knows little about economics, so don’t look for good policy there.

Granny Warren is sure to continue & expand the nanny state.

The differences between Obama & Warren are minor: primarily skin tone & currently assumed gender.

And Warren voted with Obama over and over and over UNTIL an election drew nigh.

Yes, the libs I know are also saying Warren will be the next Democrat candidate for President. They are not interested in Hillary. I laughed when they first said the ticket will be Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders, surely that would never happen, but now I am afraid they may be right.

You don’t get into the White House unless you’re in Wall Street’s back pocket. Looking forward to the next bankster bailout.

Warren is playing Eugene McCarthy to Hillary!’s RFK. Warren is stirring up the radical left that wants to abandon Obama but needs a rationale for it, while (probably unwittingly, just like McCarthy) opening the door for Hillary! to, as RFK was doing in 1968, form the coalition of the center-left and the radical left—the radical left will realize that Hillary! is on the same page as they, while the center-left will accept the illusion that Hillary! is the reincarnation of her supposedly-center-left husband.

They are trying to distance themselves from Obama in order to maintain viability.

And you are just starting to get to the realization I came to a few years back. Extend that thought to the GOP candy date. THEY ALL have to suck up to Wall Street and the other Fortune 500 upper management types. All of the politics we have seen through most of my lifetime is Kabuki Theater, nothing more.

The chattering class gets us all lubed up over race, class, religion, age, political philosophy - anything that can divide us and get us all arguing with each other while they pull the strings. Beware the Government-Corporate complex. What a lot of people on this forum don’t care to see is that the Tea Party and OWS people:

1) Have more in with each other than they realize and
2) They are protesting against two sides of the same coin.

GOP stand up for American jobs.

Do this, before Democrats do. That is coming. Perhaps very soon.

Wake up GOP.

“These were otherwise informed, (over)educated folks.”

Actually, it's ‘over-indoctrinated’ folks. The truth is that liberals say that they are for a lot of things that most of us are for: Good education opportunities, clean air and water, equal opportunity, no tolerance for racism, protecting the ‘little guy’, jobs, etc. etc. etc. The reality is much different, and not only have Republicans and conservatives done a bad job in refuting the validity of the left’s arguments and the hypocrisy of their actions, but they have also let the left mischaracterize them as being against all of the above. You have to control the message, and we have been poor at this.

She is the one they will run. She is the stealth candidate. Like Obama the press will shelter her and like Obama she is a leftist.
