Transcript @18:50: Mike Zullo: The press conference was three days away and the 9 code was still not resolved in my mind and we needed to get verification. For two feverish days Jerry Corsi sent his associate and this woman stayed in the lobby of the CDC (in Atlanta) for eight hours a day for two days trying to get the answer to this question. On the third day it was about two and a half hours before the press conference was going to go at that point in time the 9 code at issue was NOT going to be in it. As fate would have it, Attorney Larry Klayman happened to be in Phoenix so he stopped in, wanted to say "Hello" to the Sherrif. Larry Klayman, Larry Klayman's associate, Sherrif Arpaio, myself and Jerry Corsi were all in the conference room when the phone rang from the woman from the CDC, and I have her information who she is and she's NOT a clerk. She's a highly educated individual. Jerry put her on speakerphone. I remember Jerry with his fingers crossed. She confirmed for us that what we were saying and requesting...what the number "9" meant...was in fact what it was! He asked he to repeat it. "Are you saying this "9" in this box yadda yadda yadda means that?" and she said "Yes" and with that verification we put the 9 code back in the press conference.

Next to the listed father on the birth certificate was the term “African” and then a penciled number 9. Number 9 meant “Other”. Number 1 for instance meant “white”. So there was a debate about it but now it is solved. Not a big deal, it’s just that the argument about what it meant is over.
So he was either “African” or “Other”.
African is not a race. So there begins the argument. There are threads with over 1000 posts on this subject. I am done here from now.

Here is the thread that was fiercely argued right before the 2012 election when the Barry-coddling media refused to take up the clear evidence presented by Arpaio that Barry had forged his BC:

Zullo said in the 2nd press conference that one of the codes that was handwritten on Obama’s BC was problematic based on the CDC’s codes that were in place in 1961 - and he used a copy from the 1968 codes to make his case. When the actual codes for 1961 were found they showed that there was no problem with the “9” that was coded in, and immediately the question arose as to whether Zullo had known that all along and lied to everybody.
What actually happened is that the CDC gal wrongly confirmed for Zullo’s team that the codes in place in 1961 were the same as the codes in the 1968 manual. So it was an honest mistake, based on the CDC gal screwing up.
That mistake has been a black eye to the Cold Case Posse’s credibility, and in this interview Mark Gillar shares that it was a mistake but an honest one.
The handwritten codes on the BC’s are most likely STATE codes rather than federal, which means the whole subject was based on a misunderstanding.

Mark Gillar basically explained that one of the points brought up in the Cold Case Posse’s 2nd press conference was an honest mistake, not a deliberate lie.
