Transcript @18:50: Mike Zullo: The press conference was three days away and the 9 code was still not resolved in my mind and we needed to get verification. For two feverish days Jerry Corsi sent his associate and this woman stayed in the lobby of the CDC (in Atlanta) for eight hours a day for two days trying to get the answer to this question. On the third day it was about two and a half hours before the press conference was going to go at that point in time the 9 code at issue was NOT going to be in it. As fate would have it, Attorney Larry Klayman happened to be in Phoenix so he stopped in, wanted to say "Hello" to the Sherrif. Larry Klayman, Larry Klayman's associate, Sherrif Arpaio, myself and Jerry Corsi were all in the conference room when the phone rang from the woman from the CDC, and I have her information who she is and she's NOT a clerk. She's a highly educated individual. Jerry put her on speakerphone. I remember Jerry with his fingers crossed. She confirmed for us that what we were saying and requesting...what the number "9" meant...was in fact what it was! He asked he to repeat it. "Are you saying this "9" in this box yadda yadda yadda means that?" and she said "Yes" and with that verification we put the 9 code back in the press conference.

I think it means it's been over 9 weeks since anyone from the Cold Case Posse was mentioned in any 'news' source. They're going to be issuing their report really soon...any month now...

Zullo makes an important, long overdue new revelation regarding the “9 code” slide that was used at the presentation two years ago in an interview with Mark Gillar that is up now on BirtherReport.

The bottom line is that a responsible authority at the CDC in Atlanta confirmed to Arpaio, Corsi and Klayman over the speakerphone at the last minute before the conference (Klayman was there only by coincidence) that the 1968 9 code meant exactly the same thing as the 1961 9 code, so the presentation Gillar had prepared which actually had REMOVED the 9 code because they knew it had a 1968 image was allowed to go ahead with the 1968 image using the 1968 9 code image re-inserted...knowing that the Atlanta CDC official had just CONFIRMED that in substance it was correct.

The only opinion I'm stating is that SCOTUS would duck the controversy. All SCOTUS would have to do is expound on the part of the 20th amendment that says "If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified," and explain that the question of qualification is one for Congress to decide.

I understand your argument, my opinion is that SCOTUS would reject your argument.

6. The shadow “9”s in Data Block #9 and #12b mean the Data Block is Blank, nothing there. Duh, there is something there. Ms U Lee who signed this document is 96 years old and told Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Mike Zullo that the 9 code is for a data base and it means the block is empty.

Where specifically in the 20th Amend is Congress empowered to decide eligibility for President?

The right of choice devolves upon Congress if "at the time fixed for the beginning of the term" both the President and Vice-President are either not qualified or are deceased. If this occurs Congress shall "[declare] who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified." Congress does not decide eligibility but either declares, or provides a manner to select, who shall temporarily act as President until a President shall have qualified.

The 20th Amend does not apply anyway.

Fish Man seems to be throwing out disinformation, OR creating a purposefully negative picture of Arpaio, Klayman, Corsi, and Zullo.

#9 on the BC isn’t important; the real BHO2 died as a pre-teen. The name and adoption BC of ‘Barry Soetoro’ was later used as a cover by the CIA for the Jakarta street kid, and I suspect Fish Man knows that fact.

Just did a Google. #9 is (not Stated). Question 9 is “Race of Father”. Another 9 is “Kind of Business or Industry” of the Father, also noted as a #9. It would appear that these questions are coded in transfer to a Federal type registry.
I guess like a census. What I looked at said it had something to do with population and distribution of federal funds. Guess also that could impact numbers for Representation ie: Congress?? I da know. So a 9 code is said to mean no answer was given at the time.
