Too many in the political class on both sides of the aisle have a need to stay in power until they literally drop dead in office. Never understood that—or whey people keep electing them after they have turned into shells of their former selves.

Given that the GOPe’s first loyalty is to the NWO not the US, Cochran is a perfect candidate.

I was there too and didn’t quite see it that way. The Senator also spoke of how he had chosen to Take Navy ROTC when he was young and spent two years on a ship in the Atlantic and South America. Sure he’s old, my age, and I still can out think and out perform most people who lack my experience.

I stood less than three feet from the Senator, and saw no hesitation in his voice or what he said. He is quiet by nature.(I knew him when we were both young.) Just because some people have different ideas and interests, and in this nation we applaud that, there are winners and losers.

So, the writer went there with a mission to trash an honorable man, and I was there for the opposite reason.

I’ll tell you Jim, there is way too much nastiness these days on FR. There is too much profanity. I recently reread your does and don’t and most people ignore them. The posters today would have been unrecognizable on this site in the 90’s.

If you don’t vote for Thad, you’re voting for Harry Reid and potentially a couple more of Obama’s new Supreme Court nominees.

Vote for Thad and he’ll be gone in a few years. Don’t vote for Thad and his democrat replacement will be around for many years and Obama’s Supreme Court appointments will be around for life.
