What America needs now for the remainder of Obama’s term in office is a colorblind Attorney General.
In a nation where there is a scarcity of good news, hearing Eric Holder give a farewell speech upon his announcement that he will be leaving as the Attorney General was surely welcome in some circles. I was never a fan of his because he was in my opinion always more of a politician than someone with the responsibility to enforce the laws of the nation.
I first took notice of Holder when, in the pre-dawn hours of April 22, 2000, as the deputy attorney general serving under Janet Reno, he oversaw the seizure of Elian Gonzalez, a seven-year-old whose mother had died in an effort to escape Cuba and find sanctuary in the United States. Holder was doing what he had to do after a court ruled that Gonzalez be returned to his father in Cuba, but I thought then and still do that Gonzalez should have been allowed to remain with his U.S. relatives.

Because Mr. Holder is a brilliant, intellectual,
really-really smart Progressive genius, who like his Progressive fellow-travellers, is worthy of being called one of the most brilliant, greatest, never-to-be-outdone, Progressive members of the U.S. government that has a constitution of negative liberties that Progressives don’t like. (but who have sworn to uphold it.) ????

The provoked outrage is deliberate and calculated.
Its purposed is to provide cover for scoundrels.

From failing to prosecute voter intimidation (because the victims were white/hispanic) to sending firearms to drug cartels to facilitiate the slaughter of (hispanic/white) people in the US and Mexico to push for gun control laws in the US (primarily affecting a white/hispanic population)---at every turn the enforcement of the law, or ignoring it has been apparently racially motivated. His 'service' to this country Will be an indelible stain on the history of the Justice Department.
Besides, it takes months to find all the appropriate hard drives, files, and mobile devices and wipe/shred/recycle them...
In his dreams Holder compares to RFK.

I object to ‘goodbye’ Holder.
However, I embrace his exit and the welcome from the Plaintiff’s attorney,
“Good morning, former Attorney General Holder.”

He will be on the Supreme Court within 18 months.
IMHO, the primary reason that Holder has said he would resign as AG is personal finances.
He had stone walled the Fast and Furious search for government documents about as long as possible. It was to the point that he either surrender the required documents for face contempt of court charges immediately before the mid-term elections in November.
If he had followed that course he would lose and in losing that court battle he would lose the multi-figure future income as a partner in some Washington D.C. law firm. After all, what law firm would hire an attorney that had been cited by both Congress and the Courts for unethical behavior? It is also likely that Holder would have had to surrender his law license either permanently like Obama and Michelle or temporarily like Bill. to escape the public loss of the law license as the result of actions by the D.C. Bar.
From beginning to end Holder has done whatever was necessary for the profit of Eric Holder and nothing else.
I am going to miss Obama’s fluff guy, Erect Holder.
Let’s proceed with the legal action against him, before the Queer-In-Chief puts this buzzard on The Supreme court!
Now, too, let’s get the race-baiters out of the people’s house.
I am pretty sure he can still be indicted for his crimes regardless of his employment status!
... he can also be granted a full pardon within 10 minutes of conviction. We lose, no matter what. at least the loss isn’t fruitless since this jerkwad at least lost his seat. I just wonder what his retirement benefits are going to cost us
