Our great nation was formed by people of diverse nationalities, primarily Europeans with differing religious identities. While some mistrust existed, occasionally igniting localized conflicts, the religions of these many cultures did not teach and engage in the extermination of people of differing faiths.
The world is now facing such a religion of extreme intolerance. It has a toehold in the USA and most other western nations, but cannot be allowed to remain because a religion of extreme intolerance teachings that dictates the elimination by death of nonbelievers does not, nor ever will be compatible with our historical embrace of religious tolerance.
Proposed Amendment:
Any institution that teaches and or practices the murder of nonmembers will be recognized as a terrorist organization. All assets of such institutions and its members may be confiscated by the government and those assets liquidated after any symbols of the organization have been destroyed beyond recognition. The institution will be barred from further practice and person caught practicing such can face severe criminal persecution. Members will no longer have the rights to assembly, press or speech.
Such non-American organizations shall be identified when a majority of states have named said organization as being un-American. Evidence of being such an organization may be compiled from anywhere in the world and must have evidence of committing at least 100,000 deaths within the most recent 20 year period. Additionally, historical records of any age may be used to substantiate claims of intolerance.
This amendment does not apply to our military.
Please note I did not specify religions in the proposed amendment as I believe the amendment should apply if ever another political movement such as the Nazi party arises.
I hope other will seize upon this opportunity and see this through. The suggested amendment is not ironclad and should be seen as a possibility and starting point toward crafting a sound constitutional amendment that will protect our way of life.
I guess they would outlaw abortion, the elimination of non-members of the lefty-defined “born club”
Murder is already illegal as is the advocacy of it.
Problem is they will only apply it selectively, not evenly across the board.
I doubt they’ll disband any muslim organization b/c they don’t allow non-muslims to be in their group.
what about the women’s groups who only allow women, or the gay and lesbian groups who won’t allow an anti-gay hetero in the group. doubt they’ll be disbanded.

The Bill of Rights (1st Amendment) guarantees the right to peacefully assemble. Just as the 1st Amendment guarantee of the freedom of religion also includes the guarantee that no one is forced to support, participate in or embrace any religion, the guarantee to assemble also includes the protection from being forced to assemble with those that you don’t want to.
Just as I can’t be forced to join the Elks or Moose or Church, etc, those organizations have the right to not allow me to join. Organizations are free to exclude those that they do not wish to associate with.
I think that some prominent Leftists close to 0bama have called for internment and extermination of non-conformers.
I think we are getting close to the point of an existential conflict. Because one side is intolerant, the tolerant side must adopt a policy of non-tolerance to survive.
Unless you are talking specifically about christians that would be exclusionary.

I am extremely and unapologetically anti-Islamic. I am also unapologetic in my embrace of our founding principles and traditions. I do not well tolerate criminal elements that use the goodness of people as a instrument to eliminate those same good people. Such is being done by Muslims with their extremely perverse adaptation of our freedom of religion.
I expected criticism. As I mentioned, my amendment proposal is not ironclad. It is merely to show that a constitutional amendment is a means of stopping Islam here in the USA.
I also mentioned my hope that others would see this through. I cannot. I am terminally ill with very little time left. My sole contribution was to raise this suggestion for consideration.
It is but a matter of time until another concerted effort by Muslims will wreck havoc on our nation, killing hundreds, thousands, or possibly millions of innocent civilians if left unchecked.
What other truly viable alternatives for addressing the Islamic threat in the USA are being discussed?
