Footage has recently surfaced of a speech given by Michelle Obama in which she admits that her husband was born in Kenya.
Speaking about Barack Obama, Michelle says, “When we took our trip to Africa and visited his home country in Kenya, we took a public HIV test for the very point of showing folks in Kenya that there is nothing to be embarrassed about in getting tested.”
My, my, that seems like quite a Freudian slip! Barack could not have been happy that his own wife blew his cover, but I guess that's what he gets for marrying a fool like Michelle…

Nope. Jim's final word was that Cruz is eligible. It's kinda hard to be a birther and rally around Ted Cruz. Those intellectually honest birthers who believe neither man is eligible were basically told to take it elsewhere.
Personally, I believe Obama was born in Hawaii and has always been eligible. Qualified? That's another matter. At any rate, in the highly unlikely event SCOTUS ever takes up the issue of natural born citizenship and it's application to the office of the presidency, my bet says they'll apply the loosest possible definition of natural born to include anyone born anywhere to an American citizen.

When the story broke, his publisher came forward and said she write the blurb and it was a mistake. No author would allow that to happen.
I actually think Barry was born in Hawaii and he lied about Kenya to get preferential admissions to Harvard. The man’s father lied about his age to remain eligible for his own preferential treatment, his aunt is an illegal immigrant living in publuc housing, his uncle has two ss numbers...also illegally in this country. Its in his dna to decieve like that.
What difference does it make? No one will do anything about it.

Internet wayback machine showed Zero also told publisher born in Kenya was listed online for their website, then suddenly changed 2007 before Presidential run. Previously as senator and before Zero admitted to people being born in Kenya and foreign student. Witness affidavits filed. What has Zero presented besides a blatantly forged copy of an alleged b.c. which took forever pop out and lies upon out of his mouth, notably admitting he’s christian then muslim, etc. Guy’s a friggin nutjob.
Eligibility 101.
This is what I believe, I claim to know nothing. (disclaimer for the NSA)
Ted Cruz is eligible for the office of POTUS because; his father was a refugee from Cuba. Refugees from Cuba upon reaching the shores of the USA are automatically granted US citizenship.
His mother was a US citizen; therefor, Ted Cruz having two parents who were born in the USA, is a natural born citizen; according to the language of the constitution, and subject to the interpretation of the SCOTUS.
Barack Obama does not know where he was born, BTW none of us really do, we are told were we were born, and are given documentation, documentation which is in dispute regarding the POTUS. Obama claimed in his literary biography to have been born in Kenya, he later claimed he was born in Hawaii. Both cannot be true.
Obama, according to some sources, and, I am too lazy to provide the sources, has a birth document which has been altered. Lets us say, they contain anomalies.
The main stream media, which has almost no credibility, ignores facts which do not fit into their narrative of promoting Marxism

That is what I recall....that Cruz was decreed 100% eligible. (I agree with that determination also. From all of what I have read here on FR and elsewhere, I see no other conclusion thankfully). Cruz would make a great president imho. I hope Sarah is our next President, but if she isn’t I hope Ted Cruz is!

It occurs to me to wonder why obambi wanted to get an AIDS test. Kinda odd at the time for someone who is not gay. I know she said it was to show Kenyans not embarrassment,etc. Bull. After all the highlife in Chicago he probably needed to get the AIDS test.
Cruz father was never born here. He was born in Cuba, and only recently[2005] became a US citizen. His father fled to Texas in 1957. He waited almost 50 years before becoming a citizen of this great country!

So you are saying that Cruz’s father was not a citizen when Ted was born, and therefor that makes Ted Cruz ineligible for POTUS.
Sounds plausible. but that would make Obama ineligible as well, and either way it works for me, I say let the investigations commence.
I didn’t say he was eligible or not. Only that his father chose to become a Canadian citizen before a US citizen. He waited 48 years to join the club!
Well, I am confused, maybe someone who is more familiar with the immigration laws of that day could enlighten me.
I was under the impression that Ted’s father originally came to the United States, first. Thus making him, de-facto, a legal citizen of the USA.
However, the final judgement is determined by the SCOTUS and I would love to vote for him, and find out their determination.
