Texas Textbook Adoption Process Criticized By Texas Freedom Network President
Breitbart Texas ^ | 09/10/2014 | Merrill Hope

Posted on 09/10/2014 7:31:53 AM PDT by Rusty0604

...Houston Chronicle... penned by Kathy Miller, Texas Freedom Network (TFN) president... calling it "deeply flawed and politicized" and that "Texas families simply can't trust it."

Miller voiced, if given her druthers, she would prefer the process to be less transparent ...

"There's an unfortunate tradition in Texas of undue influence on textbook selection by nincompoops with an ax to grind. Hence, as the folks at TFN have said, 'It's critical that truly qualified individuals serve on the review teams and counter far-right efforts to politicize the textbooks."

Interestingly, it was a handful of the very people the Texas AFT called "nincompoops" who exposed the politicized radical left lessons being taught like the Boston Tea Party as an "act of terrorism"

The rhetoric coming from Miller is expected. She's also been Public Affairs Director for Austin's Planned Parenthood Federation. ... and is the registered agent on file for ...(TFNEF).

In 2006, TFNEF created Texas Rising, ... The group states its mission "to this work because developing an emerging generation of social justice-minded, informed and engaged leaders is essential to the long-term health of our communities and the development of progressive public policy in Texas."

...sneak peak at the preliminary Social Studies textbook findings TTT has found including distortions, omissions and half-truths all passing for accurate high school history..."The radical right consists of groups that sometimes gather under the flag of militant anticommunism. Often known as reactionaries, they denounce most forms of government regulation, including progressive taxation and restrictions and industry. Strangely enough, these radicals would not hesitate to use the government's police power to enforce the changes they desire. Examples of political groups on the radical right are the John Birch Society, the National States & Rights party, The Christian Crusade, and the Tea Party movement.

Why do leftists like Miller, invariably project their actions and thoughts onto others? Why are they so blind that they do not see their projecting?

College Board exams changed history answers....b/c revisionist historians developed different answers to the question of what America’s story is about. From their perspective, at the heart of our country’s history—like the history of any other powerful nation—lies the pursuit of empire, of dominion over others. At its core, say the revisionists, America’s history is about our capacity for self-delusion, our endless attempts to justify raw power grabs with pretty fairy-tales about democracy. ....

NOTE WELL: This terrifying revisionism is straight out of Third World textbooks---emphasizing the T/W effort to undermine US ntl security for the coming armed takeover.

The conniving T/W uses an ancient formula going back to Greco-Roman times---where savages, barbarians and thieves overrun a bountiful country lusting after its power and riches.

REFERENCE Some 10 years back, Texas schools started used Mexican textbooks for their backward illiterate Spanish-speaking students. Textbooks advocated the Mexican perspective including:

<><> anti-white, anti-capitalist anti-USA viewpoints;

<><> Mexican textbooks falsified US history,

<><> proselytized blood-thirsty La Raza savagery;

<><> using teaching as brainwashing;

<><> inculcating violent separatist, latino supremacy idealogy.

=================================================

The WH ding-a-ling's obsession w/ emptying out the Third World into the US is turning US schools into refugee camps........w/ big plans to inculcate the savage illiterates w/ hate-America, anti-American ideology....IOW reliable Democrat voters.

==============================================

SUMMING UP A primetime network news segment focused on an "impoverished" latino mother who paid big bucks to get her son coached to take the College Boards---but he was so stupid, he still couldn't pass them. So the C/B decided to "change" them so that Pedro could pass using T/W revisionist US history.

REALITY CHECK At the recent La Raza conference in Cali---Cong Gutierrez (DEM-Ill) lacerated Republicans for not moving amnesty, threatening Republicans---saying vengeful latinos would make sure they never win another presidency.

La Raza President/ and chief hater, Janet Murguia, told hyphenates that it sickened her to hear Americans chanting. She accused Murietta, Cali protesters of having "cloaked their hatred in patriotism" by shouting "'USA! USA!' again and again." "It made me angry," she said. "In fact, I was outraged."

Murguia demanded amnesty and said the road to the White House for Republicans goes through the Latino community and La Raza. She also said Republicans who want to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will not get Hispanic votes.

=================================================

LA RAZA TEXTBOOKS USED IN ARIZONA---TEACH HATE-AMERICA WITH OUR TAX DOLLARS La Raza Studies do not even try to sugar-coat its anti- America agenda and its bloodthirsty plans to kill off Americans: Raza Studies textbook “Occupied America,” by Rodolfo Acuña, includes a violent and blood-curdling speech given by university professor Jose Angel Gutierrez: “We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is, if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him,” (pg. 323).

The following is taken directly from La Raza's Occupied America (pg. 167): “.......execute all white males over age 16,” (AKA the Plan of San Diego).

America-hating Raza Studies teach (1) violence, (2) undermining US ntl security, and, (3) the need for Mexico to "re- take seven states in the Southwest...in order to make the SW a Chicano nation. "

SCHOOL BOARD NUT CASES Adelita Grijalva is the woman on the Arizona school board pimping La Raza indoctrination programs in Tuscon schools. Adelita is all up in arms about Raza Studies getting tossed via the AZ state legislature's action...she is the daughter of Raul Grijalva (D-AZ-7).

Cong Raul Grijalva is one of Mexico’s most productive and loyal Fifth Column in the US Congress....aiding and abetting the latino criminal underworld, colluding to take back the SW, and loot and pillage the US treasury.

Raul and friend.

Scary stud. I have a grandson in HS here in Texas. Last year he showed me a printout a teacher used to teach global warming as fact. I’ll have to ask him to update me on his history lessons.

La raza is a state sponsored terrorist organization, and should be dealt with as such.

The “war” against the left like the war against radical Islam will never end. Be vigilant. Be prepared.

How would you use police powers to remove regulations or simplify tax code, make it more fair? Are we going to send the FBI out to random manufacturers and fine them for not polluting enough?

Pretty long winded, they could have just said "communist."

When I was teaching, I’d go through the history texts and specifically bring to the students’ attention the lies.

For all of my born days, prior to the Queer-In-Charge, America has ALWAYS been anti-communist!

The defining of Americans as ‘reactionary’ is a bald-faced lie!
