White cop calls black protesters 'animals' in Ferguson, Missouri
The Week ^ | August 12, 2014 | Ryu Spaeth

Some disturbing footage from Ferguson, Missouri, courtesy of CNN. It shows a white cop telling protesters to "bring it, all you [expletive] animals," as they demonstrate against the killing of an unarmed 18-year-old black man by Ferguson's police force on Saturday.

(VIDEO-AT-LINK)

Witnesses say Michael Brown was killed while holding his hands in the air, after he was stopped by police. The police say Brown went for an officer's gun during an altercation. The incident has touched off protests, rioting, and looting in Ferguson, where 65 percent of the population is African-American. The police force is overwhelmingly white.

The author. Go look at his Twitter account, it'll explain EVERYTHING.

They’re not protestors. Their actions have nothing to do with what they are alleged to be protesting. They are looting and pillaging. They are feral animals.

Yup. Looters should be shot on sight.

Yeah, it REALLY is too much to ask a certain subset of people to pay for the existence of another, be subjected to their violence and hatred, to clean up after their anti-society tirades and behaviors AND THEN, as if that is not enough, also expect them to never voice the truth, their frustrations or their own beliefs about this sick situation. Way too much to ask.

St. Louis County is handling the investigation as an “outside” agency. And yes Doug Moore is a Dispatch reporter.

Police do not pay for the taker class, they are part of it. Their jobs are paid for by the taxes of the maker class. Nor do they clean up the mess left by the rioters. That is also left to the maker class of business owners who will either do it themselves or pay to have it done.

They can voice the truth all they want on their own time and dime. But when they are acting as paid agents of the state they need to suck it up and STFU and not engage in further agitation of the mob. That is NOT what they were there to do.

True but even in a more perfect (IMO) free market based system you would have to pay SOMEONE to provide your security. That's another topic entirely.

Honestly, at some point, it's going to have to come to far more than calling a group of people "animals" if the producers wish to survive.

Until then, I guess we cower in fear, hoping and praying we don't offend them them lest they burn down our business, house, rape our loved ones, take our stuff...

NAACP says new witness to Michael Brown’s shooting saw no struggle in car

Now they could be lying, but it bothers me that law enforcement seems to be engaged in hiding and delaying information rather than finding and releasing information.

The autopsy release is being delayed until toxicology reports are complete (10-14 days) and the victim’s companion says he still hasn’t been interviewed by investigators.

I can’t figure out why he wasn’t detained and interviewed at the time of the event. That makes no sense to me at all.

And no leaks of a rap sheet for the victim or negative posts and pictures from any social media. Dirt on Trayvon Martin pretty much flowed right out, but the same does not seem to be happening this time around.

This does not give me confidence in the truthfulness or accuracy of the police investigation.

In a more perfect free market based system, his ass would be fired PDQ because there would be no public union protecting him from the consequences of his stupidity.

And because the cop would know that, he would keep his fat mouth shut.

The current system engenders their stupidity and thuggery because it shields them from the consequences of their actions. In fact, the current system is what has brought us to exactly where we are, at the sketchy edge of civil collapse and anarchy.

If you look up the word “douchebag” in the dictionary, this guy’s picture is next to the definition.
