With all due respect, it’s productive members of society who also suffer at the hands of a police state.
Point taken.
Of course.
But rioting and looting businesses performs no function other than harming private citizens and business owners. It does not punish the police in any way, nor will it convince the police to change their tactics or behavior - except possibly in the direction of MORE oppression.
If the police “brought this on themselves”, as you said, then perhaps it is time the rioters re-examine the “this” which they think they are giving to the police, and come up with a different “this” - one that actually punishes the guilty instead of destroying the personal property of their own neighbors.
LOL - Freepers in St. Louis need to put that on a few signs...
