Not News in NJ: Cop Claims Police Don't Have to Follow Constitution Because Obama Doesn't

“Obama has decimated the freakin’ Constitution, so I don’t give a damn. If he doesn’t follow the Constitution, we don’t have to.”

So who made this claim? Some crazy guy drunk on beer? Nope. More like an on-duty New Jersey cop drunk on power. As you can see in this video (and after the jump) he was not at all reticent about making this claim. Pretty shocking stuff and the video is now going viral on the Web. However, don't check for it at NJ.Com which covers New Jersey news in such detail that you can do a county by county search for specific local news because a check at their Middlesex County section which includes Helmetta where the video was shot has nothing about it. The problem is that the President, and his little dog Eric, have not only ignored the Constitution, but Eric has told States attorneys general that they don’t have to enforce laws they disagree with. Ultimately, that translates to no one having to obey laws they disagree with. As above, so below. (I disagree with the officer though)

Having lived in NJ for a bit, there are two ways of seeing this cops statement.
One, it is an exaspirated complaint.
Two, it’s the ecstatic outburst of a budding tyrant.

Either way, it is sad that it is being said at all.

The nation is corrupt and no longer follows the rule of law. The police are the muscle of the government. No rational observer trusts the police any more than he would trust the government. Andy Taylor, Joe Friday and Barney Miller are dead.

You see, the cop is correct! Although I don't agree that we should move in that direction, he is correct that if our government does not have to abide by the law, then under what authority do they have to force ME to abide by the law?!?

Unfortunately for all of the socialists and communists in America, THIS is when the useful idiots begin to get shot!

Because they will start to realize that they are just as oppressed by the lawless leaders as the "heathens" which the useful idiots were originally helping the lawless leaders revolt against. More importantly, the useful idiots will react violently; thus allowing the already lawless leaders to become even MORE SO! Think Pol Pot! Think Stalin! Think Serbian Exile!

People, we have not begun to see the bottom which America will reach! Considering that usually at this point in the final breakdowns, the lawless leaders have already disarmed the bourgeois, thereby making it easier to control and attack the common folk. Since this is NEVER going to completely come to pass in America, there will be extreme violence...in the streets...amongst brothers...very ugly, deadly violence and oppression. It is coming!

The cop needs to be fired immediately. If he really believes that he doesn’t need to protect and defend his oath, he has reliquished any legal authority that he may have had. His badge now means nothing. The only thing he has to enforce his will is force which can be returned with force.
