Update. Took Fredd for a mini walk this morning. He used his bad leg more than not. Spoke to the vet yesterday afternoon he agreed no reason to take him to vet all that way if he is active and no swelling or heat coming from the leg or paw.

He is using the leg more today. Thanks so much to all of you for your prayers will update in a day or so unless he doesn’t keep improving.

(((HUGS)))

Finally getting back to FR...retroactive prayers for you and Fredd!

How is he doing? Hopefully almost back to his usual self now! Although it can take a long time for a sprain or similar injury to heal up, so don't let him overdo it!

Just wanted to mention that the telephone is a very useful tool, LOL! We've had six dogs over the years (including the two we have now) and being able to consult with the vet about problems has saved us countless amounts of time, money, and anxiety. A good veterinarian (sic) will do that, and the good ones are PRICELESS, just like the doggies are!

thanks so much. He is getting better each day. He is outside playing in the yard tracking a chipmunk. He is using his paw more and more but still favors it. I have called the vet from time to time. Thank you
