Jesse Ventura Response What He’s Going to Do With the $1.8 Million Settlement in Chris Kyle Lawsuit

Jesse Ventura, on Tuesday, was awarded a $1.8 million settlement in a defamation lawsuit he filed against slain Navy SEAL and “American Sniper” author Chris Kyle. The former Minnesota governor has alleged that Kyle intentionally lied when he claimed that he punched him in a bar after he said the Navy SEALs deserved to “lose a few.”

Ventura was asked Wednesday what he plans to do with the nearly $2 million that will come from the Kyle estate on CBS’ “This Morning,” with one of the anchors mentioning that it will be taken from Kyle’s widow, Taya, and two children.

“Pay my lawyers,” Ventura said, never revealing if his attorney fees really had accumulated into the millions. “Like I said, I didn’t have an insurance company paying the freight for me, I had to pay my own.”

What’s funny is the reason he sued is because he was worried about his reputation.

That's what he says is the reason he sued.

Even he's not stupid enough to think that using the legal system to take $2 million away from a war hero's widow and orphaned children would bolster his reputation.

He sued for the money.

He had to know that it would further damage his reputation.

Now we know the value he places on reputation.

It's somewhere around $2 million. (or whatever's left after the whiner pays his equally honor-less lawyers)

Still can’t believe this doofus was elected governor of Minnesota. Didn’t say a lot about Minnesotans. But neither did electing a comedian Senator.

Jesse regularly attended the reunions and was even given an award at one. He was also the guest speaker at one BUD/S graduation ceremony.

If he makes you want to puke then follow old fashioned technique:
Shun the guy. If he speaks then you leave and let who ever sponsored the event that you can’t support them if they are associated with him. If you are at a party ignore him either by turning your backs to him or walking away. If you at a bar and he comes in leave and go elsewhere after telling the bar owner or staff t h at you won’t drink or eat around him. If he’s in a movie or TV show don’t watch it. Make him a non person. I’m in a different state so I won’t run into him, but I won’t watch any movie or TV show he’s in just like I won’t watch anything Alex Baldwin has any connection to. I have maintained by Baldwin avoidance since his Hyde rant where he advocated killing Hyde, his wife and children. His later antics have only reinforced that decision

I like Jesse.

Ever live in Minnesota? If you did, you wouldn't like Jesse.

What do they both have in common? They both beat Norm Coleman.....What does that say about Norm?

“Trivisanno is a loser as well.”

Yeah. But it’s fun to listen when he goes off the wall on a topic. I usually listen to Golic if I’m in the car with the radio on.

According to Wikipedia Ventura served as a U.S. Navy Underwater Demolition Team member during the period of the Vietnam War.

Now as to his lawsuit as I read it the jury was 8 to 2 in favor of his case. As usual were there facts in evidence that the public is not aware of but the jury saw that caused the majority of them to vote in favor of Ventura’s case?

Ventura won his case so make of it what you will.

I’m in a different state so I won’t run into him,

You won't run into him at all unless you bum around the remote areas of Mexico. He has an off grid house there and constantly talks about how much better the living is in Mexico and how the US is so much worse.

Take your $1.8million and get it converted to pesos and live out your shunned life in obscurity, Jesse.

“during the period of the Vietnam War.”

During the period of, but nowhere near Vietnam. He could have volunteered for SEAL duty in Vietnam but he chickened out. He’s a punk-assed coward, and he never was a SEAL; UDT but not a SEAL.
