All these questions come with the responsibility of keeping illegal crossers safe in the event a hurricane strikes. Invading armies past could only dream of stupidity like this, on display day after day after day....

Well, they are possibly being sheltered in a lot of the shelters usually reserved for disasters, so if there is a disaster, where will the Americans go?

With more funding they can negotiate with the hurricanes and tornadoes and get them to keep from blowing the illegal around. Obama say it will take his musical powers to do so though. He can do it for the low sum of $3.7 billion
