A pair of federal Appeals Court rulings have sown further confusion regarding ObamaCare, even as they illuminate stark differences in ideologically-inspired interpretations of the law. First, a three-judge panel from the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 that Americans are not entitled to subsidies for their healthcare premiums if they live in a state where the federal government set up a healthcare exchange.

Mission accomplished.

Liberalism thrives on confusion. ObamaDon'tCare is a make-work program for Soetoro's closest allies; lawyers.

This will take decades to sort out while lawyers rake in millions, if not billions, in legal fees.

<>a lower court reached the conclusion that the law’s text, structure, purpose, and legislative history made it “clear that Congress intended to make premium tax credits available on both state-run and federally-facilitated Exchanges<>

More leftist revisionism. There is NO legislative history to consider, for there were no congressional committee hearings, no floor debate . . . just an up or down vote which every rat supported.

I was twice cut out of the C-Span caller queue when my question to rat senators was, "Do you think your constituents should have the expectation that YOU will read and understand each and every bill you vote for?"

Obamacare is so in-grained into the federal bureaucracy that it will never completely go away. The government started creating new agencies and increasing the size of existing ones, like the IRS, two years before obamacare was signed into law. “There’s no such thing as a temporary entitlement program.”

Obama’s signature legislation is like having a piece of dog excrement sutured into an open wound, it will kill the country eventually and turn us into Venezuela if not repealed entirely. The only thing it has been successful at producing are attorney billable hours.

The law should have been written as

“Everyone will have their healthcare paid for, and President Obama, the HHS and IRS will have full discretion on how to do that. End of Law.”

Because that’s essentially what they want it to be.
