Only one problem with that scenario. Egypt doesn’t want them and wont accept them.
You don’t give Egypt a choice. You constrict the space in Gaza until the palies have the choice of forcing the border into Sinai or going swimming. Let the Egyptians deal with them. Much of the problem exists because the Egyptians refused to deal with them in 1948.
Wonder as well. How do that transport that much soil out and re-enforcement material in without someone noticing.
If not re-enforced then should be real easy to make them collapse
