Demonstration for a Special Session in Texas (Border Crisis)
Stop the Magnet ^ | June 26,2014 | Liz Theiss

Sovereignty loving patriots from Stop the Magnet joined with Overpasses SE- Texas to call for a Special Session since Governor Perry has never managed to successfully usher immigration enforcement bills through the legislature. The never-ending tide of primarily Central American OTM's (other than Mexicans) minors, many of whom are gang-bangers or cartel lackies, mothers with children and even unaccompanied toddlers will bring a huge strain on our Texas infrastructures and budgets.

Texas Governor Perry has the authority to call forth the state military forces and the reserve militia to repel the invasion.

Tex. Gov. Code Sec. 431.071
http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/GV/htm/GV.431.htm#431.071

Tex. Gov. Code Sec. 431.001
http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/GV/htm/GV.431.htm#431.001

Tex. Const. art. 4, § 7
http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/CN/htm/CN.4.htm#4.7

U.S. Const. art. IV, § 4 mandates the Federal government protect states against Invasion. The Federal government has not performed, States have legal recourse.

The law supports the states. The federal government is violating law. The only reason the federal government is prevailing is will.

Governor Perry is a coward.

No need. He has the Constitutional power to act now. See last sentence.

Article I, Section 10. No state shall, without the consent of Congress, lay any duty of tonnage, keep troops, or ships of war in time of peace, enter into any agreement or compact with another state, or with a foreign power, or engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.

That’s the point exactly. He has all the authority he needs. The law is entirely on his side, conversely the federal government is violating law.

This inaction is inexcusable.

RINO Perry has sat in his office every day for the past 14 years overlooking the East side of Austin which is populated with hundreds of thousands of illegals and done nothing. Now that he’s headed out of office, he’s thinking of maybe possibly having a discussion on the problem? No, I-don’t-think-so. It’s all hogwash. Has he followed the laws already on the books? No. Did he have a heart to heart with KBH when she opened the road to lawsuits against enforcing the border? No. Be gone, Rick, be gone.

Be gone, Rick, be gone.”

And take John Cornyn and all the so-called Texan Republican Congressmen who refuse to take any action.

This ongoing news BLACKOUT, because media is blockaded and INVASION is not, makes the perfect petrie dish for beginning collapse. This is now a militant regime government trampling the rights of states, their constitions and the Constitution of the United States.

The state of Virginia just said “NO”, while TEXAS whines, but entertains INVASION.

I sit here stunned at the difference, suffering calls from Santorum about obamacare! There are no Texans by the thousands even protesting across TEXAS— no protests stopping traffic at the capital in Austin, or at court houses in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, El Paso, San Antonio, Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland, Odessa.

Crickets. We’re all home cleaning our pools.

Where is our citizen leader? WHO is he?

And, where the hell is CRUZ on ACTION?

We did get a moderate response from Abbott revealing the next BUSH GOVERNOR of TEXAS:
Here’s what I wrote on FB:
OK guys...the moderate in Abbott is coming out. We will likely get him for 3-4 terms. Call his OAG office and campaign office (keep numbers on your cell)
1) Ask when we can see his latest brief against invasion with the federal government as ‘ACTOR’
2) Tell campaign office we need to hear about E-Verify for every business in TEXAS...not just 50 jobs at the capitol
3) Overthrow sanctuary city-NOW!
4) Talk to media about third world crime invasion as a result of the magnets
READ & SEE the MODERATE in ABBOTT....

thanks for the posting. Been seeking Perry news for about 5 weeks now to find out his actions on this. Been prodding radio stations to do same.

since there is a Breitbart Texas, have asked them to report
on all Perry actions about this crisis.

My fav station is KSEV 700 AM Houston and their new morning host seems to not get what we are discussing here. He still thinks Obam is the only one to blame.

All you FReeper listeners out there in Texas need to call in their talk radio stations and ask/tell them about Perry’s inaction.

EXACTLY & ABBOTT is focused on the heinous crimes committed by the cartels on these “immigrants” this is an excellent way to avoid any responsibility in actions he could develop on his part. The trend now is to focus on the crime of human smuggling and avoid the crimes against We the People who will also suffer crimes against us. No mention of the magnets drawing them here......
